- Your own steam-ID
- Name of the player(s) involved
- Steam-ID of the player(s) involved;
- What server did it happen on
- Map name
- Time and date
- Explain the situation (with the maximum details)
- Proof (Proof is very important, so please provide as much of it as you can before you create a thread here)
