  4. Extensive administration experience,  i have a good amount of online time, i want to make server better ?

      I spoted a small issue where it can lead to display the bad steamid format in chat while you are not ebanned. This issue can let admin think your evading a potential punishement.  It should now be fixed.  I lifted your ban.
