Locked Incident: August 23-24, 2024 – Details and Compensation

Over the past two days, we experienced an issue with the server where some of our databases and older game servers were stored.
It appears that a hardware component in the server finally failed.

Fortunately, we have automated external backup systems in place to handle such incidents.

As of today, everything has been restored to normal, backups have been deployed, and all services utilizing the databases have been updated.

As compensation, all existing VIPs, Donated admins and personal skins have been extended by an additional 4 days.
