@ Hobbitten is the person that you should contact regarding personal skins. He'll get it done for you. We also have personal lives outside of the game.

It was the same for me - it took a week, then I wrote to Hobbiden and asked why it was taking so long, which normally takes 2-3 days - just write to him.

ja da es aber um geld geht und nicht gehalten wird was versprochen wird ist das schon ein grund nachzufragen was da los ist .
