Locked Lews admin abuse

6: Time and date: 5th july 23;30 EEST TIME
7: Explanation of the situation: Found out there is randomly a Latvian guy in server, so we started talking, it was atix panic, chill map, no one talking, so we dont interupt nothing, just chill talking then this admin says TALK ONLY ENGLISH , even tho there isnt a rule saying "ONLY ENGLISH" afterwards i got muted. Mute was only 5 minutes long but its not nice, since next map was minas tirith ( tryhard map) so we couldnt have chill talk.

hello rud 
after reviewing the demo of that map, i noticed that you were chatting in mic with another Latvian guy in Latvian language for about 5  minutes which its not a big deal tbh since i believe no one was being bothered and it was atix map (chill map) where there is no one is leading or anything (if it was happened in minas i will justify it )
since we dont have specific rule for English only  in mic/chat i am removing the mute from the record (its 5 minutes mute anyway) along side with other mute in minas where he already apologized to you for it .
i also noticed there was some inappropriate language from both side (graf and rud), i dont like seeing this and i hope i dont see it again.
