I legit started playing this game when I was 10 years old. This game has been my childhood until now. I loved this game ever since I started playing this game when I was 10 years old. 

4. Why do you think, we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

The reason why you should take me into the NIDE admin team, is because I want to help the server out. I try my absolute best to be on this server 24/7 because I love this server and this is the one server I would main playing zombie escape mod on. I would honestly love to help the team out by making the server a happy place for newcomers to enjoy and love playing this game. The main thing that is really important to me on a server or a community, is for people and newcomers to have a great time in the NIDE community, and CSS Server so they can enjoy gaming.

5. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

Unfortunately, I have no experience with anything of being an Admin in any Counter Strike Source Zombie Escape Mod Server, however, I am an owner of my own Discord server, which basically makes me admin in my server, I try to be nice as possible to my members and make sure for them to have a great time. I also have noticed the admins in the NIDE server use their commands for rtvs, giving people guns, muting people, kicking, banning, and adding a reason, etc. so I have little experience from watching the other admins use their bot commands.  If I get accepted as a trial Admin, I would love to learn of how to use the commands for the server and also help the server out big time, and kick / ban people who deserve it for the people to be happy. 

6. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

My real name is Alex Wahad, I am a 17 year old YouTuber, and currently a beginner YouTuber with currently 1.38K subscribers and I make gaming videos where I have fun with my friends in any game, and sometimes I do let's play's of some brand new games that have been released. People call me a super nice person because I try to be super nice. I'm also a funny guy that try to lighten up people's days when they are down. I always love to make people happy, and I want everyone to like me. I behave like a stupid, and a crazy guy sometimes for jokes, but I would take my job seriously as admin. What I am currently doing right now is making this Admin Application as best as possible for you guys to like it, and also hoping for me to get my application accepted!! Well currently for when I usually come on the server, I try to play on this server as much as possible, since the server is so much fun. If I get admin, I will try to be on the server as much as possible. I promise to be an active player as an admin, even though, I am currently active in the server, I usually play the server for a couple hours (2-3+ hours). Everytime, when I boot up my PC, I go on CSS and, the NIDE server all the time since I always get bored, and because zombie escape mods are so much fun to play and enjoy for the long while.

7. Here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question.

If I'm a new admin, and I see a player that is suspicious of Aimbot. Here is what I would do first. First I would keep an eye on him, and if I see this player, currently playing in the server, I will go into spectate mode and secretly spectate the player to see what his actions are and such. I would also notify the other admins that this dilemma is being spread out also. If I do not see this player using Aimbot at all, I would notify the staff still if I didn't see any suspicious actions and content at all, and I will still keep an eye on this player, since I like to double check for everything, especially IRL. However, if I do see the player using hacks and Aimbot, I will notify the staff that the player is using it, and ask for permission to ban this player, and if they say yes, I will ban the player and give it a reason, and hopefully the hacker will not come back to the server by using a VPN. After banning the player, I notify the admins and probably the owner and other high ranks to let them know that the dilemma is gone and safe, and also notify the players that the hacker is banned and to go back to what they are doing and enjoy and play in the server. I love this NIDE server so much, it is obviously my favorite zombie escape mod server and I want to give the server love and careness for it, and to make the server so much better in any way shape or form. And I hope you will all trust me as an admin, and I promise to do my deeds as a good admin, and to make the server better and amazing, and hacker safe. I will also warn people for when they act toxic or such, since I like to keep this server non-toxicity and nice people to enjoy the server and not get their feelings hurt, threatened, etc...

Hm.. you written your application very well, Al Dawg. You are a good guy (I know that because we're friends and got in a call with each other)  and I see you playing on the server a lot of times. Buuut the problem is, the way you behave in the server like screaming and interupting someone leading like yesterday xD people told you to keep it down already but you still not listening, which you got yourself a 10 minute mute by Joe Mama, then by Batata, server rooter himself. Most admins saw how you behaved, and I get it you did all that (like screaming and making jokes) just to be funny but I don't think I could imagine an admin would act like that.. 

 

Other than that, you gave a really good answer on question number 7.  I hope you know that we don't actually perma ban cheaters. We should give them a week ban, then a month if they cheated again. Unless.. they were trying to avoid the punishment by using VPN, which i saw Lardy did it on Player123HR because he used VPN to avoid the temporary ban.  Maybe thats not the only case, maybe theres more but only LSA or higher admins know (or the normal admins).
