-1 After spending quite a bit of time playing alongside Smygole, I feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding his potential as an admin. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe he’s ready for the role — and to be completely transparent, I don’t think he will be anytime soon. He’s still showing a lot of immature behavior. For example, he tends to get frustrated, and rage quit when things don’t go his way, especially when the team doesn’t follow his lead. That kind of response makes it hard for others to take him seriously, let alone trust him in a leadership role. There’s also been a lot of unnecessary swearing and name-calling, which doesn't reflect the kind of environment I think we’re all trying to build here. There have also been some past incidents that suggest he’s not the most trustworthy person when it comes to handling private or sensitive information — and that’s something we really can’t afford to take lightly with someone in an admin position. I’m not trying to be harsh for the sake of it. I just genuinely think the admin team deserves someone more reliable, level-headed, and mature. Smygole might be able to grow into that someday, but right now, he’s just not the right fit. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully this post won't get deleted or hidden. -1 I feel you have the motivation, but you demonstrate bad moral behavior overall. my criticism of you is you're too egotistical when it comes to leading, playing and such, the image I get of you is someone trying to be in the spotlight always and are not happy when someone else approaches it. when you're leading you're not open to criticism, and you get defensive when people genuinely try to help you or correct you, you take it as if they're trying to lower you down so they could raise themselves (rare case, people are usually helpful if you're open to hear them.) an important part of being an admin is being trustworthy that you're able to make proper decisions especially when things are going badly or chaotic. everyone makes mistakes, everyone makes bad calls but there's no place for bad morals such as ego and superiority complex like behavior. both of them are right, and you should consider to be more tolerative and chill, my perspective is the same as them... -1

...ok 1st: idk how did you got the idea I'm an admin (LMAOOOOO what ??) and even if i was i won't ban such beautiful spray, i love these kinds of sprays from the bottom of my heart..and also i didn't kick you ever lol 2nd: i will try to inform the higher-ups about your spray situation, you clearly got banned by another admin mistakenly due to the spray swapping bug(and i confirm its an actual bug happens sometimes) 3rd: we appreciate submitting the report, for now you gotta wait until LSAs/managers take actions...thanks again & have fun

are you fr right now ? you do know doing the same mistake whether if its misuse or on purpose will increase your ban length, and every1 knows your sh**ty behavior and constant insulting toward the higher-ups, he increased your eban for your repetitive mistake, next time shut your b**** a** up and refrain from trolling if you want to play here in the future
