Hello Caps, First of all I am gonna talk about the important thing, the ban. 1 Why have you been ban? You have been ban because of ban evading, you have use mult alts to play ,some of them have been pick up and ban, a example:King_Of_Autism. 2 Why I did not give the reason at that moment? Sometimes I forgot to put in the same ban, so I go after and edit them in the sourcebans. Other because is more easy to me to do the ban first , and after that editing it. 3 Your nickname that you were using was Nelly, casually one of the alts that have been blocked by that name. And now, I'm gonna talk about the second part, but not less important, the insulting, Ok, first of all I think you and so much people know that in Nide the people not are specially polite , not to say that you have been in a long time in the community, I don't believe that you have been offended by saying you g*y , because I think people have called you or have call others worst things, here when we say g*y we don't take it that seriously, but in the case that someone is offended, and don't want to be called or get more insult of any specify or all types, I will stop and I encourage to others to don't do it but that not will always work because I can't control other people, but is something that the person have to told me, if you don't told me I can't be concious that you don't like or you don't take it as a joke. Some of this just can be avoid by not saying nothing of this, but some people take these "insults" more seriously, other don't get affected by that "insults" or don't take them seriously.

Hello NoName , I think this were in sunlight in the stage 3 in last round , its true I bring him thinking that will give them a opportunity to win, I think it wasn't an excuse to do that, but I don't have any problem with you or others, so it's not something against you, I think he was hiding like many guys that do !ztele , so like I said it was a oportunity to give the win, the next time I will probably ask , normally when I do this I ask players on general or I do a vote, anyway you should have follow the template but I will give you my answer and time, it wasn't a good thing for an admin and I know I don't need to do things and felt injust if it happens, I will take your words. I have been playing Css since 2013, but I have got stop and come back playing so many times, but actually I have been playing more constanly. (Holidays and Weekends) 5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? My objective is clear, let the people have fun and play without cheaters that make their experience worst. I am very active in that server so I know the people and I have contact with them. I like leading so always that I know the map and I can do it to help , I will do it. 6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? The unic experience I have is in gmod, being an admin on a TTT spanish server, called "Supernova Servers" althought now is closed. 7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? I am a hard-worker and I like always to learn new things.I'm from Spain,in Andalucia. I'm actually finishing what we call "Bachillerato", basically studying, this will give me oportunities to go to university or any other thing that I want, In my case, Nacional Police. My hobbie is agressive rollerblading and playing videogames, but since I have been so many years playing ,now I get so quickly bored of games, but not of Css. I play on weekends but now I thoguh it would be a good oportunity to join because I have the summer holidays, I think it will be a good oportunity to try and get experience of that. I can talk Spanish(Native) English( Actually I have the certified of B1 , but I have been preparing for B2, and probably I will do C1), and a little french. 8. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that?Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . If it's obvious , I will record it, save the clip and ban him , in case he appeal later If it's suspicious or I'm not sure, I will record it, save the clip , and talk it with other admins to keep and eye on him, and share them the clip.
