After reviewing the demo and some clips, I have adjusted the mute duration from permanent down to 2 weeks. This isn't the first time you have mic spammed and talked over leader, and it seems like you just won't learn your lesson no matter how many punishments you have received. Just the last month alone, you have had more punishments than my 10 fingers could count. Please take these 2 weeks to reflect on your behavior and I hope you can improve yourself as a player. Second, you going around and calling admin "shit abuser" without giving proper context doesn't help your admin report. I'm sure you're old enough to understand the instructions and what we expect from you when it comes to appeals, so we expect you to follow these rules as well. Third, we noticed you made the comment "Seven : okay good luck lunala i will burn this server and site down" in chat. This isn't something you should be joking around, especially when you want to appeal your mute. This doesn't really look good for you. Please take these 2 weeks to reflect on your actions and grow up.

Hey Maradox. Unfortunately, I will have to give a -1 on your application. You just don't exhibit the admin qualities and maturity that we are looking for. You've had several punishments within the past month on server, and your interactions on the Discord server does not give us any confidence in your maturity. The last time we denied your application, we stated the reasons: lack of maturity and growth/improvement. This time, I still cannot see much improvement from last time.

I know this topic is several weeks old, and I apologize for my very late response. First and foremost, I would like to thank you for submitting this report. While both you and Life is a Bitch have resolved this matter privately, there were still things that should be addressed in a public manner. First, players are welcome to RTV maps they do not enjoy, and players are also allowed to tell others about RTV maps. As long as it doesn't affect the leader or ruin other players' gameplay, we've generally allowed people to say to others to RTV. Players wanting to mass RTV and chain maps results from how I set up the map cooldowns, so I will take responsibility for this. Second, I want to clarify that admins, both regular server admins and lead server admins, are also subject to review for their actions. We hold admin accountability highly and will issue punishments if needed. That said, Life is a Bitch has told us that things were resolved privately, and ensured us that it was both frustration and no ill intent so we did not issue any punishments besides a warning for his action. I appreciate you holding admins accountable and taking the time to write this report. There's no such thing as "making a big deal" of the situation, as we take matters like this seriously. We hope you continue to enjoy your time on Nide.

I will keep this short since the topic has already been locked and marked as resolved. GBGaming kicked you under my direction. You should know that intentionally using scripts to bypass AFK detection is a punishable offense, as this rule is shared across several servers. That's why we didn't include it in the rule set since we assumed people would have the common sense not to do so. Kicking you was the warning. The usual punishment would be a short ban that increases with repeated offenses. Hope this clears it all up. P.S. Future admin reports not filled out correctly will be closed without warning.

Hello Mobile, I appreciate you taking the time and effort to complete the report. Kamisama did indeed troll, as evidenced by the video you posted. While I understand you guys have beef with one another, this is not the place to argue about it. Given Kamisama's clean record on Sourcebans, I will issue a 12-hour ban. Future instances of trolling will have longer punishments. On a future note, to both you and Kamisama, this is not the place to argue over laser fags. As much as you despise one another, please keep reports limited to what they did and the evidence. People can join for whatever maps they want, but as Mobile said, please don't ruin the experience for others.

He wasn't trolling. Oil on Rabanastre doesn't slow zombies down. It only prevents them from jumping. So using it at the back wouldn't have done anything as zombies would've just walked up to humans regardless. The strategy would be to use it on the last jump onto the ship, but zombies were already catching up, so he had no choice but to make his way forward. Closed.

As of this message, the VPN detection system has officially been disabled for the foreseeable future. There were several reasons behind the original decision to add this system, and several reasons that led to my decision to disable this system. Hello Saber, I reviewed the evidence and demo and concluded that the ban was justified. You were seen tossing pistols at the player attempting to pick up the item. We have banned players for intentionally tossing to mess with the person trying to pick up items, so this is no exception. An experienced player like you should know how difficult it is to pick up items when someone is tossing pistols at you, so that is why the punishment was put in place. The length of your punishment was based on your history. Regarding the other points, this punishment and report are about you and not others. If you have seen others tossing pistols, bhop scripting, or abusing donated admin, you are more than welcome to report them on the forums. Unfortunately, we are human and may miss people trolling, so we appreciate people who help us and report said offenders. Also, for future appeals and reports on the forums, we would appreciate it if you followed the format and gave us all the information we ask for. It saves us much time and helps speed up the review process. Future reports/appeals from you with missing information may get discarded without warning. I hope this clears everything up.

While this is a valid report and will be handled as such, you should still refrain from making such remarks against players in a public forum. I understand you have personal biases and negative interactions with them, but reports on forums should still be handled in a professional sense.
