I support his application, reason is that that Parta failed a lot of times when taking items and now able to lead some maps after many tries. the start can be hm..interesting xD and some abuses will be probably done without a bad intention but the thing is that I’m seeing a guy that want to improve. Hello Christo, You are in the wrong way at my opinion, Perhaps i stopped criticising since long time ago because I’m not perfect and full of contradictions so I will just leave a neutral comment here. Being smarter or/and really skilled (because you are) doesn’t mean that you can criticise the players that are less skilled or smart less than you. instead, it give you the opportunity to improve everyone’s skill, being a leader, and since you are playing from times to times and made the « GodGaymer clan » that is a clan with really good players, that’s mean that you perfectly able to understand and to see who are the good and bad players. even is Parta is not the best, he is trying his best to lead the team, taking items to learn, playing all maps etc… About Hobbitten he spend a lot of time for Nide, making models, maps, being a leader, handling the admins team etc.. there are only few people that can judge him because only few people has been root on Nide and understand how hard it can be to be Manager in a community without to be rewarded for that. so, Being smart and skilled will be always harder to handle than to be dumb and unskilled, whatever you do, take it as your advantage, the good question to ask is then « who am i and what am I doing? » regards.

Good guy, good maps knowledge and I would also say that you are sometimes active during the NA hours, your application is welcome. you have been admin for 2 times already but some current admins maybe don’t know you and, being part of the admin team is like to be part of a family if I can say, so, I would have liked a bit more efforts in your application, to let know to the other ones who you are. So, I would like to add one more question. What skills/qualities can you bring that will make you taking the good decisions as admin? +1

RESTRICTIONS - COOLDOWNS - LEADER Introduction: The cooldown and the restrictions are here to manage the maps rotations and to add the best experience possible to the players. it’s upgraded every weeks according to what is happening on the server during EU and NA times, including to increase/decrease CD or to move a map into admin nomlist for some reasons: broken map, server killers all the time, event map for example, popular maps, easy maps, special maps…etc. Note: I’m not against to insert a map, even if the map is under a time restrictions. I do it myself all the time when I see that the server is ready to play hard maps and vice versa when players want to chill and take fun only because yeah it’s not everyone that want to play mako or atix or whatever 24/7. edit: I carefully check every details possible to add the more balanced settings in the mapchooser for the best experience possible on the server, our players data base is not the same all the time and the maps restrictions must follow it, some maps can be played all the time, some during EU, some during NA. Explanations: 1/ why a map has time restrictions: There are many reasons possible but I will try to focus on the main one. - It kill the server, but not all the time, for example Mako v5, during EU times bring a server full in 5 mins (of course it kill the server after but players enjoy the map), during NA times, it kill the server during the map, players doesn’t extend, the map is wasted, it’s different. basically, not adding restrictions on certains maps is to punish the players that could enjoy it, again for example mako at 4am. So, instead to waste map by letting the possibility to nominate it and play it whenever, we prefer to add time restrictions on it to only let the possibility for the players that enjoy it to nominate and play it When they are active. Simple! 2/ Why a map has leader access: the map need a good leadership to be win, the map is good but can be too difficult to be played without leader. note: most the time, the leader is needed because players are not familiar to the map, the fact is that without a leader the map will be wasted because it’s too hard and with a leader players will learn but more slowly. 3/ Why the maps has different coolodown between each other: Some maps can be played often, some sometimes, some in event only, for example. - Maps with low cooldown and no restrictions: Popular maps, it bring players or they are easy to play, it doesn’t kill the server and can be used to « revive it » Maps with low cooldown with restrictions: popular maps but not all the time, bring players only during EU or NA, it can also bring players during EU and kill server during NA (FF) map with high cooldown: maps interesting to play but not as often as easy maps, not popular as the category above, most of the time hard maps that are good but unknown by players this category include the special maps. - Leader: the leadership matter on theses maps, it’s not really about the difficulty, some maps are not that hard but can become insane to play without a leader. Good to know: The difficulty and the popularity of a maps make 90% of their cooldown: a map that is popular bring players even if the map is hard: low CD. note: a new map will always have a cooldown 15, to let the players discover and enjoy the new map, it’s also useful to me to see how players are interacting with the map: - is the map bring players? Kill server? -is the map difficult for players? Easy? -are players asking to extend? Rtv? Remove it? Summary: on Nide everyone got his job, Server admin, tech, LSA, server manager etc…we need to split all of this for the good performance of the server, only one person can’t handle all of it. It’s the same about the maps.

Giving a new chance to someone is the first step for the redemption. why not after all, knifing and trolling is only the little 5% of his game play, having responsibilities can change someone and Mohammed is active, so why not, the real only thing that i (personally) don’t like is to be toxic towards admins but not having the balls to apply to become one. +1

Hello there! it sound like a serious request so it's time to give a try! all theses maps got their respecting restrictions removed. i will keep an eye on what's happening on theses maps, if i see that the population drop a lot because of theses maps, the restrctions will back, i also decreased the time limit on theses maps to let players choose if they wants to extend or not. Hello Haider, I joined the server yesterday after that Creepy complained about your behaviour since that you was « insulting parents » but i can also take in consideration that Super Weedy (that is a trustful player) also told me that sometimes Creepy and Neko was hard on you. about the gag: 10 mins is not that long, i talked to Creepy and Neko yesterday and told them to communicate at start and mute for 5 mins and then, increase if the player keep insulting or disrespect others players. Neko gaged you for 10 mins and warned you that he can be increased so it’s good in my way BUT it’s a fact, i dont know what happened and can’t take a decision about that for the moment since that I wasn’t there. in general: as I told to you, Neko and Creepy yesterday on Tyranny, you guys are old and experienced players, if you can’t support each other you should in that case ignore the player(s) in question or it will be always the WW3 on the server. Also, insulting parents is really disrespectful and I’m probably sure that some admins would have gaged or muted you for 1 week if it would happen to them, i don’t say it’s good but don’t forget that it’s just a game, you guys are (normally) here to take fun and insulting players is not really necessary. have a nice day.

Where to start.. @ kurkurax so, even before to talk about your behavior in game let's talk about your application: 1/ "i have 17 years (soon 18)" "I've been playing CSS since 2012 even though i was young until 2014 when i got banned from all ze servers because of my age. Otherwise i started again at ze since 2016.": well, 2023 - 2012 = 11 // 18 - 11= 7. so you started to play at CSS at 7 years old, did your parents give you your feeding bottle between 2 maps? 2/ " I was donated admin for 3 months.": including the multiple demoting time for abusing or insulting admins/players ? 3/ aimbot subject: "If the guy has way more damage to deal than me, I contact an LSA if he's online, otherwise I contact an admin to see what to do.": your are the center of the world ? Sometimes the "cheater" will use his weapon in critical moments which will make him more difficult to be flagged since that he won't be in the top defender. Every situations are different, so being able to understand situation(s) is a quality that an admin must have to take the good decision(s) including ban/kick/kban/eban/mute and going in spec sometimes if it's needed. at my own oppinion you are for the moment, not able to use admins powers and it's not related to your game play level, being good on this game doesn't mean that you will be a good admin. And the next time you apply don't forget to remove the "!sm sticky" tag that you have because LSA have the last word on the applications... and involving Boten in your application won't be (i think but not sure) the good way to be appreciated by players and admins that will vote for your application especiallly because he is an old admin and good player... -1

re @ Jose Arctico Heat apologized about this mute, he is enough smart to understand his mistakes and we also talked to him to take care about his future decisions even if in absolute, the mute was justified since that it was an event and during an event Admins can mute people without warning but, again, regarding to the situation, especially about you, it was different. When we started to play a harder map we gently asked people to stop to talk, they didn't, so Heat started to mute people. Have a nice day.

Hello @ Jose Arctico thank you for this report. actually the mute was and wasn’t deserved for the following reasons. about the reason why it was deserve: almost 4 or 5 people was talking at the same times on the server since 30 mins (if I’m right, it started when we played alien vs predator stage 3 or 4) and during an event rules are enforced, we decided do not mute since that the team was able to win the map without a good leading, on squidzer it was different. Hobbitten started to warn some players (on squidzer) that was talking to stop since that the map needed a leader due to the kicker (beating all 5 stages and boss fight without the « saving wins system » and people didn’t stop to talk. about the reasons why it wasn’t deserve: If I’m right you joined and talked only on squidzer and didn’t know that people was talking since more than 30 mins so you just talked in the wrong place at the wrong time. you didn’t get warn too, normally admins must warn before to mute, most of the time people stop to talk but since that it was 30 mins that people was talking ( you didn’t know that) we considered that people was warned and your mute was « the example to give » to let understand to other that it’s now the time to stop to talk, Heat simply muted the wrong person. Heat is a good admin, he wasn’t targeting you personally but yeah you shouldn’t have been mute on this event. Sometimes wrong things happen to the wrong person and it’s clearly the case here. Sorry again Jose. I let this topic open if you (or Heat, or another admin/players) want to reply. peace.

Re @ mikroshka , well, me and the team decided that the ban will stay since that, obviously, you cheated. i also recevied, from some players, complains and proofs that you was banned from some other servers for cheating too. On Nide we don't take decisions for what you did on another server but i warn you, actually the ban lenght is 3 days, the next time, if you flagged again for cheating the ban duration will be increased and could be permanent if you keep cheating on the server.
