Hey thanks for the response, While I get that you're still very upset it seems from my comment of saying Shroomforest maps and POTC Maps are "sh*t" here's my response to your comments: -"You should try not spamming in voice chat for people to choose your map literally every time there is a map vote." For you to say that I should not "spam" in voice chat to vote other maps when there is a map vote every time is hypocritical in the fact that you mute me for "spamming" to vote other maps, while you yourself spam in game chat to vote for your beloved maps of Shroom and POTC constantly to new players. Also, for you to mute me before, during voting process for other maps, but not mute others or get annoyed by others that also spam in voice chat to vote for other maps, is just again hypocritical and inconsistent in how you view this situation as a problem as an Admin, as I see you still haven't recover from my comments of saying "Don't vote for Shroom or POTC, they are sh*t maps, go vote another map". _"Acts like he owns the server when full admins/lead admins aren't online. Many of us SM him immediately upon joining the server. Last night on Random 4 or 5 out of the 30 players SM'd him immediately upon map start." While I don't mind being SM by players, you yourself started the movement of "!sm sans club" as a means to oppose me when it comes for voting nomination, because once again, you're soft and still haven't recovered from my comments. As for "acting like he owns the server" if you're upset that I tell people during voting nominations to pick certain maps, but not get upset when others do the same in voice chat, than you literally just have a bias against me, but then again I'm fine with the view as I'm here to learn and change. Besides you called me a lot of names and said a lot of toxic stuff because I said certain maps were bad, which shows how incapable you are in handling a critique over your favourite maps you want to play. You also in previous times muted me for no reason as I didn't talk or say anything in game chat, but then again your reasoning from the demo file I got said that I was "evading gag" and "mic spam", even though I was reconnecting as to install the map, but again you are a pretty sensitive cupcake. -"Also, he likes to impersonate people, see aliases: https://stats.nide.gg/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=532" While I remembered a time where you thought me impersonating CounTTabb was "funny" (hypocrite), stating the situation of me impersonating people in the server, like it's a game breaking, server killing issue, is pretty cringe, considering that when I impersonated people before, it was as a joke or tease instead of something used for toxicity, cheating, scamming, or ruining the server. But if it hurts your ego, than by all means I will stop. -"Doesn't know very many maps, and he has actually said in the server recently that he only has maybe a hundred or so hours of ze, so I don't know why he is now trying to claim 800 hours. Just watch him play for a bit and its pretty obvious he is fairly new to ze." While sure it's hard for me to back it up that I had 800 hours because I'm just estimating my playtime via nosteam version of CS Source, I can understand the your view within this matter. For sure while I don't play everyday like others on the server to know enough about other maps and etc, I try my best in trying to help if it occur, and for sure I understand this and I'm willing to learn. Overall, while I get that you still are offended about my comments on your favourite maps, I'm willing to change and I could see this as an opportunity to learn more and better myself, and if you still dislike me still over a CS Source ZE map opinion, than It's cool to know that you can't handle an opinion over a map in a video game to the point where you have to mute me, because of course you need to have your ego in check as you see yourself being an Admin to your benefit for wanting to play your maps and have it your way when dealing with me, where you also need to spam in game chat about your clan "!sm sans club" to others to have to try and stop me. What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I usually get on at random times within this week, but most commonly when I appear playing during nighttime for most days given as I do play during NA times. Sometimes there are times during weeks, during nighttime where admins aren't available to help stop delaying issues or trolling here and there, but overall, I just want to enjoy making everyone's experience at Nide to be fun, casual and chill, given as the community for the server is starting to grow. 8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can benefit us having you as an admin? While I don't have experience in any sort of "Admin" like roles within video games, I can say that I'm all for the people and I'm eager to try something new and change. 9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, and how often do you think you'll play on the server? I can play at most random times daily, as I don't have any more IRL stuff left to do, but while I'm most known for playing during nighttime NA hours, I can appear anytime on the server now. 10. Here is a small question, to answer, imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player who is suspicious of using AimBot, and you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full detail more detailed answer means a better answer, new admin applications should consider this question. If I was Admin dealing with a suspected cheater (aimbot, scripts, etc.) within the server, I will first spectate him, if said cheats were to be seen from the player. If I can confirm the player is cheating via spectators, I would have to ban the player on the spot immediately to not ruin the fun for others on the server. Overall, I do just want to say, while I get some people might have different opinions about me as a player, I completely am fine with how they feel, but I'm all change within this application. For now, we will see how it goes

If I was Admin dealing with a suspected cheater (aimbot, scripts, etc.) within the server, I will first spectate him, if said cheats were to be seen from the player. If I can confirm the player is cheating via spectators, I first would want to give him a warning via Voice Chat and In-Game Text Chat, to turn off his cheats, and tell him that I might have to ban him if he starts using said cheats once again Dealing With Cheater Process: Spectate suspect to confirm if cheats or no cheats --> Warning via voice chat & text chat if suspect is cheating --> If the cheaters turn them back on --> A sad goodbye and a ban Overall, I do just want to say, while I'm mostly on the casual side when viewing the role of Admin, I do just want to make the server a fun and chill experience, to where I will view the role of Admin as something being serious but turning it into a fun experience for the fellow gamers in Nide.
