i have been playing CSS since 2013

I know alsmost all maps on css ze and i can help with trollers sometimes when i join the serv

no experience but i know what to do and when. ( i never asked to be admin before)

i work and study at the same time i live in France, i join to play and enjoy with my friends on css ze sometimes
here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .
Of course i will spec him and verify if he is cheating or not.
