If you think not defending is worth a perma ban then you are mentally deficient.

Obviously if you specifically look at all that I do wrong and none of what I do right it will make me look bad. Cosmo: People do this all the time. Pretty sure in the first 3 mins of a cosmo demo I would see someone toss. Is this worth a perma ban in your eyes? Collective: If I was afk standing at the flag nothing would happen, but if I try to survive its worth perma? Again this isn't really ban worth, conflict is a team based finale but you could see how quickly it went to shit. If i was defending the same shit is gonna happen. Mako: Yes I trolled. But everyone trolls. Should everyone get perma? Diddle: Yes I shot the wall. I could make compilations for everyone on this server such as Harraga whenever he leaked admin chat screenshots to me for 2 years, or whenever he forces nextmap because he is the only admin online. If you only pick out the bad stuff I do I will look like the villain. I would love if you could make me a compilation of all the good stuff I do, but not possible I think because you only have 1tb hard drive.

2 weeks of that was midknight's ban which he applied twice, and the ban was 1 week 'cooldown' from my perma so in reality, I had 8 days of bans spread across the year. So thats a start. I had 125 days. You could count sito's 1 month 'safeguarding' eban but it was a carryover from my perma. Admins are always right but a lot of those ebans didn't need to be that long in my opinion. There are people who have been ebanned longer than me but they aren't getting any special treatment. I muted/gagged for less than 2 hours in total. Not relevant. I decided to mention them since they were present on collective whenever I committed the grave offence of not defending. Players or Player. So far I seem to be the only one banned for 'bad behaviour'. I haven't had any warnings either, besides a couple angry messages from harraga who told me i was on thin ice for not defending. It's normal for people to not like someone. I'm not innocent to trolling or causing havoc but it's not incorrect for me to say that there are some people targeting me specifically. Could name a couple admins doing this but doesn't help me out so I won't. Actively provoking me or purposefully waiting until I look in the wrong before acting in a situation.

I didn't do anything against the rules except one time when i early triggered as leader said to not trigger. Not entirely my fault but I will accept the blame. Don't really think not defending or early triggering made the score go 2-12 but maybe from your perspective can make it look that way. if i was a random player doorhugging the whole time i doubt i would have gotten banned aswell. me not defending will not make a difference whenever people are dying every stage from falldamage or looking directly at bomb. I havent been perfect but i don't think i deserve perma whenever someone who scammed nide paypal is now LSA. cheaters get 1 day ban, not defending gets u perma 8: Proof: you can watch the demos all i did was trigger the entire session.

I know people's image of me is that I am a troll, so they will try to think of a 'worse case scenario', but truth is that is a real mistake that I admit to making. Giving me 3 months eban 'because I am a troll' doesn't make sense in my opinion and isn't fair from my point of view. If I blatantly trolled, 3 months would be suffice but it wasn't a troll. If a random person made the same mistake I hope they would only get minimal punishment because its not troll and shouldn't be punished as such. There should still be punishment, but the decision behind the punishment shouldn't be decided as if the person trolled.

Obviously humans got earthed but I hope you can see in this video that there was no intent of trolling and I did try to stop ZM, but due to the way items follow players it ended quite badly. A lot of people got earthed but this doesn't deserve 3 months whenever I didn't troll and it was a mistake anyone could have made.
