Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read my application and replying to it. I understand your concerns as you don’t know me personally on a deeper level and I don’t blame you, you haven’t played with me that much. However, I believe that’s why there is a trial period before achieving admin and it’s there for me to my prove myself and show my character to the staff team but also for the community.
While I agree with what Chris said, speaking from my experience on the admin team, here’s how I see it.
I’ve seen Lackin around, and it’s clear there’s genuine interest in supporting the server, particularly during those late EU hours when things tend to get more chaotic. That kind of awareness is important, and it’s good to see someone willing to step up where help is needed.
That said, being an admin is more than just being present. It’s about consistent activity, clear communication, and leading by example. Right now, there’s still room to grow in those areas. The recent activity is a good start, and I’d like to see that continue. Improving clarity, both in chat and on the forums, would also help build trust with both players and staff.
So for now, just like Chris, I’ll be staying neutral but I’m leaning toward a +1 if you can maintain your presence and address the points mentioned.
With that said, good luck with the rest of your application.
