All maps will have Nemesis Mode enabled and zombies team will have 10 Nemesis with 100.000 HP each.disable smokes on pizzatime or it will be piss easy, chicken lord too probably and then reneable if u keep losing or something
with all the moving objects in those maps u could easily get a nemesis stuck with one good smoke

I've only ever used Crowbar not Blender.

Download this tool
Once you have the model decompiled you will have to export it to blender to rig the bones.
This video might help but I've never used Blender before.
Someone with experience with modelling would be able to explain it properly but it's not that difficult to port from l4d2 to CSS.

decompile with crowbar, edit the bones for css, recompile with crowbar
