I'm not sure if I understood you correctly when we had a conversation the other night in the server regarding that your schedule was flexible, but having no time to play. Anyway, you were a good admin when you first joined, so take a +1 from me.

As per usual with any applicant, I'm giving my 100% unbiased opinion. Here goes. I have seen on numerous occasions where you have been a Donated admin, but have done very little about it. Your application lacks detail as well. By no means do applications have to be in long paragraphs, but at least coherent/detailed answers would be ideal. Lastly, that's all there is to what I had to say. I'm going neutral, but best of luck to you.

Although you state in your application that you have played on the NiDE server for years, I have not seen you once in the game, nor have I ever heard of you. I'd suggest getting familiar with the players & NiDE staff alike to improve your experience on the NiDE servers. Also, your answers on the application aren't detailed enough. -1 from me

The last time that you applied & were accepted, you only played for about a week during your Trial phase, then disappeared out of the blue. Not a good look for a Trial hoping to be promoted to a Server Admin. That's a -1 from me.

Sulei & countless other players that were on heard as well. You don't have to tell or any of that over the mic. Bad mic is comprised of excess static sounds & anything related to it. To better clarify, no, you were not banned from using the mic. You were simply muted. Good day to you, sir.

Per usual, I'll give my unbiased opinion (which goes to anyone that applies): Although you play on a daily basis & you get to know the players (which is cool & all), I'm not exactly convinced yet that you have what it takes to be part of the team. I'm aware that you're a Donated & that you're learning, but there was an occasion early on when I saw multiple slayings under your name, which I had to tell you to not abuse of your Donated privileges. You're not a bad player/person, as I have yet to hear any issues or bad things about you, but from an administrative perspective, I feel like you need to improve on it some more, as being part of the team does require being committed to the role & it's no easy task like most people think it is. To conclude my statement: + for being a good player that plays daily, but - because I feel like you need to be more committed if you expect to be part of the team. Neutral

Judging by what I just read on your application, you sound too trigger finger happy when it comes to issuing bans. Not only that, you stated that you only have average admin experience. We do things differently here than what you were used to over there. I'm not positive that you're the candidate that the ZR Admin team would be seeking. -1 from me

You were denied last month after trying to coerce people into giving you a +1 on your previously denied application & you reapplied again? Although you state that you're an admin on another server, between the time that you were denied last month til today, I have yet to see any significant change from you that shows that you can administer. Third time's the charm, as the old expression goes. -1 once again.

Despite the first 2 times where you were turned down (even on one occasion where your Donated was stripped for poor usage of it), from my observation, your behavior in recent weeks has improved significantly. I'd still suggest on improving your behavior & it may lead to good things. As Sulei mentioned, be more active consistently & you should be fine. Take a +1 from me. That's all for now.

Whil I do agree that it is at their discretion to determine who gets approved & who doesn't, messaging other players for petty votes is not the way to go.

I repeat once again, messaging other players for petty +1 votes isn't the way to go. Look at what happened to naz (wasabi) when he was messaging players, asking for +1 votes. That didn't bode well for him. I'd advise you to not take that route.

Regardless, asking other players to +1 you for petty votes isn't the way to go. Proof is in the screensot that I attached.

Based on my observation from the several occasions that I saw you in the game, from your time as a Donated admin, I didn't see any qualities from you that shows that you have what it takes to handle such responsibilities. Also, asking other players to +1 your application, as other applicants have done in the past, does not improve your chances a a spot. I was gonna be neutral at first, until you asked other players to +1 your application for petty votes. Final verdict: -1 from me

I'm not one to comment much on ZE applicants, but given that you did call another admin an "idiot" when he said nothing offensive to you & especially on an application, you practically ruined your chances at an admin spot. That'll be a -1 from me.
