Locked Graf v Pilsner absolute admin abuse.

Please LSA (Especially Lewis) for the love of god, actually take time to read through this properly, check the demos, and dont lock the post immediately after putting your first reply.

7: Explanation of the situation: I legit have 0 clue what i did wrong in this situation. All the previous times i have been ebanned were justified, but this is one makes absolutely 0 sense as to why i was ebanned. We are playing pkmn v8 and its the last stage. I take heal and use it as normal, when suddenly i have the item transferred from me and i am ebanned 30 mins. actually wtf. we go to the boss fight and i am typing in chat trying to understand the situation when i am slayed after 1 message is sent from graf saying that i should shoot the boss (which i missed). So in the space of a minute i get my item transferred, I get ebanned, and i get slayed. WTF.

Hi Masoo,

I'm sorry to hear that you think this makes absolutely 0 sense to you. You did many things wrong in this situation and I'm happy to clarify it for you.

 

Firstly, at approximately 8:20 in the demo, the user with heal dies. You immediately target heal and try to shoot it off the map. Being unsuccessful at first, you literally run after it to finish the job, despite people in voice chat telling you to stop.

When people swear at you afterwards you play dumb, writing '??? / it wasnt me / ive been shooting the boss this whole time.'

Secondly, the next round you camp the TP to ensure you can get heal. You then run forward with heal and use it to prevent most players from getting it. I etransfer it to someone else since you've just demonstrated twice to everyone that you cannot be trusted and you start complaining and saying that you're going to write this very forum complaint.

You keep whining and don't shoot the boss once despite moving around the boss arena repeatedly for quite some time. I warn you to shoot the boss, you still don't, so I slayed you.

 

In short, you were repeatedly trolling a lot of people's time on the last stage of a somewhat-long map.

Thanks for taking the time to make this post. If you are still confused about why I transferred the item, ebanned you, and slayed you, please let me know.

I admit to doing this, but I was punished for this so no reason to bring it up and the item was still transferred to the humans and no one died.

You call it camping the TP to try and make me look bad. I was door hugging because I was speaking to people in DMs and didn't feel like defending. In no other situation would you call that 'TP Camping', its called door hugging - not against the rules.

Whenever I joined Nide today I thought I was still ebanned, because the eban date in game is wrote in MMDDYYYY, so I thought I would have to wait until the 8th August before my eban is removed. I dropped my pistols just out of instinct to toss people to be annoying, then I took items to my surprise.

I always have hide on whenever I can for more visibility and for more fps since this map is usually quite laggy. I went towards where I thought the defenders would be  to heal them, because I didn't want to disable my hide. I then went more to the front so that anyone at the front would be able to get healed. However, on this map the heal is stationary, so where is it used, it stays, so me running forward did nothing.

I was basically typing the whole time and moving in between messages so the afk kick wouldn't start as the server was full. I also didn't see your message and you should really type more than one message warning about slaying. I doubt you would slay anyone else for not shooting on this boss as it isn't a difficult boss. The only reason I got slayed was because you were focusing on me for no reason.

 

So what if I shot an item off, I was punished for it by being slayed, but shooting an item off has nothing to do with ebans. You are just salty or you are targeting me.

No one died? Many players died and we lost the round because of you the Transfer was late because admins were busy finding out what happened

Idk if you telling the truth with the hide or not but in any case as soon as you picked up the heal you should have disabled it so you can use the item properly. But imo it looks very much like a troll heal to me you went forward away from most of the players "to heal the defenders" but used it perfectly in an empty spot between doorhuggers and defenders and you are an experienced player who is well known for trolling so all in all it was not admin abuse and you are lucky that you only got slayed and an 30min eban

Nobody care about your report. Be happy to not be banned for trolling by shooting an item outside of the map.

After reviewing the second demo from the map, which contained both of the points you were trying to appeal, I can't see any abuse from our admins.

For the first point, heal died and soon as you noticed, you didn't pick up the item and instead proceeded to shoot it away from everyone and make it fall off the map. The drop message cleared said the user died and dropped heal. Clear intentions of trolling the round.

Second point, you doorhugged specificly to get heal, then after 10-20 seconds you went in the middle between the doorhuggers and the defenders and used heal on yourself before backing up towards the doorhuggers at the TP. Looks like misuse to me.

Your behaviour has gone too far. From what we've seen, you deliberately troll then act like you didn't mean to just to try and get our other admins in trouble. This is unacceptable and I am issuing a suitable punishment for this misconduct.

From today, you will be banned in-game for two weeks, and you will be ebanned and kbanned until the end of the year. Your behaviour was unacceptable and you need to see this from your own point of view.
