-1 i've never seen you solo simpsons rtv stage on a serious note, i think it's way too early since you're too young. you clearly lack maturity and your application looks like a troll given the photo you've posted, also implying that you're going to do bad things as an admin isn't the best thing to say. this sentence alone proves that you cannot be trusted. i've heard you call players names for no reason many times or even interrupt leaders by talking nonsense and the worst part is you don't even realise it. also worth mentioning is the fact that a lot of players instantly self-mute you when you join the server because you're annoying. you already got muted 51 times this year which means you've been muted at least 2 times a week so far. control yourself when you hop on the server, get along with players and try again in about 6 months. another tip: you don't have to use your microphone every single time you join the server.

hello Rex after viewing your case with the eban, i concluded that the eban for 1 month is too much yeah so i will reduce it to 1 week since last eban you got was the previous year, which was around 10 months ago, thats long time indeed. however the 3 days ban will stay due to avoiding ebans, just make sure next time not to avoid punishments even if you got semi unjustified punishment and instead make a punishment appeal or admin report (in case of actual admin abuse), and i am pretty sure you will get the reasonable decision to handle your case. topic closed.

Hi @ smygole2 After most likely a week of keeping admin application open, and getting as many peoples feedback as we could recieve, we got so mixed feelings. Some people believe you deserve a chance, and its true, as you are a good guy, community knows you and you interract with it, sometimes not in best way but still, you know many maps and how to lead them, same time good guy and leader doesnt mean, you can be good admin, rememeber it, aswell, many people mentioning reasonable facts, about your immature, been ego sometimes, triggering to some randoms while playing, and beefing with them, trying to go in your own way instead of listening to people who wants you to get better, dropping items and not listening to leader, especially while you applied, this all matter, and important to have a good impression during apply phase. I would suggest you not to apply for admin for next month at least, and try to improve yourself in many directions and work on them. to add a member to your group, go to the specific player profile and press on More option, Then choose the 3rd option which is "invite to join your group" then you can choose the group you want to invite him there (but you need administrator access to invite him btw) about clan management you also administrator access too for it you should probably talk to the clan owner to offer it to you

-1 After spending quite a bit of time playing alongside Smygole, I feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding his potential as an admin. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe he’s ready for the role — and to be completely transparent, I don’t think he will be anytime soon. He’s still showing a lot of immature behavior. For example, he tends to get frustrated and rage quit when things don’t go his way, especially when the team doesn’t follow his lead. That kind of response makes it hard for others to take him seriously, let alone trust him in a leadership role. There’s also been a lot of unnecessary swearing and name-calling, which doesn't reflect the kind of environment I think we’re all trying to build here. There have also been some past incidents that suggest he’s not the most trustworthy person when it comes to handling private or sensitive information — and that’s something we really can’t afford to take lightly with someone in an admin position. I’m not trying to be harsh for the sake of it. I just genuinely think the admin team deserves someone more reliable, level-headed, and mature. Smygole might be able to grow into that someday, but right now, he’s just not the right fit. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully this post won't get deleted or hidden.
