I've only ever used Crowbar not Blender. https://github.com/ZeqMacaw/Crowbar/releases/download/v0.72/Crowbar_2022-08-04_0.72.7z Download this tool Once you have the model decompiled you will have to export it to blender to rig the bones. This video might help but I've never used Blender before. Someone with experience with modelling would be able to explain it properly but it's not that difficult to port from l4d2 to CSS.
