As of this message, the VPN detection system has officially been disabled for the foreseeable future. There were several reasons behind the original decision to add this system, and several reasons that led to my decision to disable this system. The main reasons are the backend performance and the effort it takes to maintain the whitelist. As such, I will now lock this thread until further notice. Hello Saber, I reviewed the evidence and demo and concluded that the ban was justified. You were seen tossing pistols at the player attempting to pick up the item. We have banned players for intentionally tossing to mess with the person trying to pick up items, so this is no exception. An experienced player like you should know how difficult it is to pick up items when someone is tossing pistols at you, so that is why the punishment was put in place. The length of your punishment was based on your history. Regarding the other points, this punishment and report are about you and not others. If you have seen others tossing pistols, bhop scripting, or abusing donated admin, you are more than welcome to report them on the forums. Unfortunately, we are human and may miss people trolling, so we appreciate people who help us and report said offenders. Also, for future appeals and reports on the forums, we would appreciate it if you followed the format and gave us all the information we ask for. It saves us much time and helps speed up the review process. Future reports/appeals from you with missing information may get discarded without warning. I hope this clears everything up.

While this is a valid report and will be handled as such, you should still refrain from making such remarks against players in a public forum. I understand you have personal biases and negative interactions with them, but reports on forums should still be handled in a professional sense.

I'm going to step in and deny your application. You applied a little over two weeks ago, and we denied it and gave you reasons why. We haven't seen much change since then.

1. The person who wants to be unmuted should be posting the appeal, not you. 2. I can tell this was a joke with the lack of effort put into the appeal itself. 3. I'm open to removing the silence on Mini if he can show restraint when venting out his frustration. We've given him many chances before, and every single time, it ends with him complaining about the players, the server, the admins, the managers, and the developers. We can only tolerate so much. However, it is 2025, and I am open to removing his punishment if he appeals it himself. Otherwise, the punishment stays in place. P.S. How were you an admin before?

This weapon script lowers the volume of all weapons to 0.20, which is much quieter and more enjoyable. You can edit the file with a text editor like NotePad++ and adjust the amount to your liking (look for "volume" "0.20" in the file). Put the file in your CSS custom folder like this: custom/mycustomfolder/scripts/game_sounds_weapons.txt game_sounds_weapons.txt

There has been a rising wave of animosity between players of different backgrounds and friend groups, particularly over specific maps. Neutral. It is good that you're owning up to your mistakes and bad behavior/attitude, but you must show more that you've changed. Becoming an admin is not a way to prove yourself. Also, your second admin application mentioned the same thing, that you improved and changed as a person, but we all saw what happened when we tried holding you accountable. You have had reports of poor behavior between that time and now. While I'm willing to observe you and see if you have improved, I am not confident that much has changed since then. tl;dr - Prove yourself to us more.

Please try to understand and avoid discussing such issues. If it was banter with friends, at least take this into a group chat and not in the public space on Nide. I would've removed the punishment had you not intentionally hopped on an alt account to bypass your gag. Your punishment will remain and expire in a few hours, but be warned to avoid such "jokes" and topics due to the touchy nature of the subject.

To be frank, we have had several negative interactions with you, including many instances of removed donated admin permissions and punishments handed out against you. You have a history of abuse, which doesn't give me confidence in your ability to carry out your duties as an admin. You also have a history of spamming, which has resulted in you getting punished several times. And this doesn't even include the times that you have lashed out against admins and managers who are doing their job. In short, your history and behavior do not spark confidence in me regarding your ability to be an admin.
