  1. While I agree with what Chris said, speaking from my experience on the admin team, here’s how I see it. I’ve seen Lackin around, and it’s clear there’s genuine interest in supporting the server, particularly during those late EU hours when things tend to get more chaotic. That kind of awareness is important, and it’s good to see someone willing to step up where help is needed. That said, being an admin is more than just being present. It’s about consistent activity, clear communication, and leading by example. Right now, there’s still room to grow in those areas. The recent activity is a good start, and I’d like to see that continue. Improving clarity, both in chat and on the forums, would also help build trust with both players and staff. So for now, just like Chris, I’ll be staying neutral but I’m leaning toward a +1 if you can maintain your presence and address the points mentioned. With that said, good luck with the rest of your application.
  2. Hey IceGod, I'm giving your application a -1. You've submitted several applications, and you've also come to me personally for advice. But despite all that, there's been no real change. your motivation is still vague and copy-paste, and it's clear you're not actually applying the feedback you've received. At this point, it feels like you're just resubmitting until something sticks, rather than taking the time to actually improve. Based on that, I don’t see you as a serious or prepared candidate for the admin team right now or any time soon.
  3. @ PIZZA ITALIANO The server has been reverted to the previous update because the majority of the player base is non-Steam. To play with Steam, you’ll need to downgrade your version or use a non-Steam launcher. There is no ETA yet on when the non-Steam version will be updated. This is outside of Nide’s control, so there is nothing we can do about it.

  5. As @ qq. mentioned, if a personal zombie skin looks too much like a human skin, it will be rejected. If this happens, hobbitten will step in to enforce the rule. To avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary delays, we strongly advise players to carefully check their skins before submitting them. Make sure your zombie skin is clearly distinguishable from human skins to prevent issues. If your skin is denied for this reason, you will need to choose a different one. Thank you for your cooperation and for following the server rules!
  6. Haha, no, you’re not fired! I just gave my opinion, and there will be more opinions from others as well. You’ll hear or notice yourself whether it gets accepted or denied.
  7. Hey :|DC BATMAN^^xD^^BaNiHoP<333, I see you online often and really appreciate your active presence in the community. You’re a kind and dedicated person, which is definitely a great quality. However, I feel that the admin role might not be the best fit for you at the moment, mainly due to communication, where a potential language barrier could play a role. For now, I’m more inclined to give a -1 for this application. That said, I still wish you the best of luck!
  8. Hey @ qq. . Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. However, I think the main point of the discussion might have been missed. It’s not about whether freeze and HE grenades are part of the game, but rather about how their use affects the overall balance and enjoyment for everyone on the server. The concern is to ensure the gameplay remains fun and fair for all players. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and hopefully, this helps clarify the issue!
  9. Thank you, @ CrazyChris for sharing your view. While I understand your point, the misuse of freeze nades disrupts gameplay and frustrates other players. Implementing a cooldown isn’t intended as a punishment but rather as a way to encourage fair use and improve the overall experience. Yes, imposing a strict limit might go too far. However, introducing a small cooldown to prevent an endless barrage and to give others a chance to escape seems reasonable and fair.
  10. It has caught my attention that some players misuse the infinite freezes on the server. While they’re supposed to add fun and strategy, some players constantly suicide with them, ruining the experience for everyone else. It disrupts teamwork and makes matches feel unbalanced. I’ve even seen some players leave because of this. I don’t think the solution is to get rid of infinite freezes altogether—they’re part of what makes the game fun. But maybe we could make some changes to keep things fair, such as: Cooldowns: A short wait time between uses might stop players from spamming freezes and encourage more thoughtful gameplay. Limits per round: Capping the number of freezes per player each round could reduce chaos while keeping the feature enjoyable. I’d love to hear what others think. Are these changes fair? Do you have better ideas? Let’s work together to keep the server fun for everyone.
