Alright, there was some unnecessary/misusing of admin commands such as burning players at the end of the map but like Doshik already explained it didn't really affect the gameplay.

About slaying you. You can claim that "you didn't block him" but that's how it clearly looks like when I watched the demo. He was using an autosniper and you followed him and blocked his view 2 times before getting slayed. It's true that this situation could have been handled better like teleporting player back to spawn instead of slaying. But I don't see any abuse there, maybe just a little bit wrong approach. We can't write a 1000 pages book for admins how to act in each situations, sometimes it's just necessary to adapt and use common sense.

And yeah agreed with you that sometimes Niiarks is using bad language and badmouthing other players. It is definitely not suitable for admins and I hope he will learn from now on.

So we will talk to him and make sure it will not happen again. Otherwise further actions will be taken.

In demo.  You asked to check demo and so I did. It's obvious to anyone who watches it.

Agreed with what Doshik wrote but in second map where Niiarks slayed you, you seemed like trying to provoke/annoy him by blocking his view while he was using a sniper and received a slay because of that. So I doubt it wasn't for a reason.

Admin frozen for 3 days due to abuse. It's not severe but not acceptable either.

The application seems poorly written and doesn't really answer the questions besides your personal life.  Also if you were admin before like you mentioned maybe you could have elaborated your answer on question 7.

Agreed that the gag was unnecessarily long. You had 4 previous commbans, 10 minutes each, so increasing the commban from 10 minutes to 360 minutes (original) and then 120 minutes (changed afterward) was way  too harsh. I removed the commban. Also talked with the admin  so unreasonable punishments like this will not happen again.

First of all you should have included date, map name and some proof for your complaint.  Anyhow, I checked the logs and found that Niiarks kicked you 1 time with a reason "spec abuse".  I watched the demo and you clearly joined the spec to avoid getting killed.  It was not the first time because also I told you earlier to stop messing with spec, even translated the message in Russian and spammed it in game chat so I really doubt you "didn't" know that using spec like that was not allowed. Considering this and what Niiarks wrote in his post, giving a kick was reasonable punishment.  It's unfortunate that spec has such  "abuse potential" but since majority of players can use it like intended, didn't thought it would be necessary to write a special rule for that.
