Need help to port player model

Hello

So because the title says everything ill try to summarize, i wanted to buy a personal skin but the one i found is from another game and i dont have any experience modeling or porting or whatever is clalled ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
If you can help me please do :):):):)

could you help me doing htat? i actually have no idea how to even use editing programs. and learning how would take a long time which i rather waste on css if you feel me 😉

I've only ever used Crowbar not Blender.

Download this tool

Once you have the model decompiled you will have to export it to blender to rig the bones.

This video might help but I've never used Blender before.

Someone with experience with modelling would be able to explain it properly but it's not that difficult to port from l4d2 to CSS.

Ok so... i got everything, or at least almost everything, and i got to this point:

Here i can delete unnecessary bones and follow the video, is very straight forward easy to follow (ty for sending the video 🙂 ), and because my lack of expirience i dont know how to; 1st: download an add-on called Copy Attributes Menu (all i found was a script),
and 2nd: how do i remove/change this skelleton part? (its suppoused to be only 1 stick with 2 balls at each end)

Update:

So after some help i finally managed to finish connecting all the bones and tried to parent the bones with the mesh BUT i get an error saying 
Bone Heat Weighting: Failed to find solution for one or more bones
This is how is looking so far (With the extra bones):
