7. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?
   > i am not a professional developer, but i can be proficient in the commands of various plugins made by nide staff(rushaway and botox maded), i am from asia, my time and ru/fr are reversed, if you are sleeping, but the server has problems, i can solve some problem, I can guarantee no longer extend mako (maybe im not very good at the game)
8. Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?
   > i used to be the administrator of several dm servers, and i know very well about aimbot/aim head, etc (but today idk why lead adm lifted my kban maybe tiger is his friend ah)
9. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?
   > almost is everyday (server time 13:00 about)
10. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  
    > When an alert pops up in the chat room, i will switch to spec observation and then decide whether to ban, but i dont do if not sure

I was the one who lifted the kban.  I increased the length for Tiger's kban, since he has done this before.  You did not do anything wrong, goodluck with your application :)
