paid for vip, money was taken, no vip

Hello, I had done 2 transaction today USA  5/6/2024 19:24 local time, there are not showing up on the transaction log   paid for 90 days on the  1st one for 12eu ,   then  tried again to see if there was an error for 30 days, fot 3eu,  and now there's is something wrong.  webpage says successful, but in the center of the page is says:

An error has occurred

                                                                                                                       Seems that this donation does not exist or has been handled already.

 I've got the transaction numbers for paypal if needed to provide proof, just want my 120 days of VIP so I can enjoy playing again.
