Locked ADMIN ABUSE

Alright, It's enough for me. It's been a while I have kept this to myself.

 

Let's start our topic.

For a long time, I have been trying to digest many players including Clans and even Admins who are extremely rude to players who they are not familiar with and would hand out bans with absurd reasons.

Particularly, Sito as an admin and some CES clan members aswell.

Firstly, I would like to say that Sito only hand out punishments to players he is not that familiar with. 

We all know that everyone curses and joke around in the server, even troll when the time is right. But, I am done with the random bans(mute, gags, etc) and ebans handed out to certain players that they do not know or like themselves. However, when their own clanmates or players that they know themselves do the same thing, it is a different story. They never do anything when it comes to players that they are familiar with. 

How the f*ck are the rest of the community going to improve on their gameplay or communicating with the community when they hand out these kind of unnecessary punishments just because they don't understand the humour of other players?(I just got 24 hours gag by this admin Sito)

For example, this member Sito, is starting to get annoying. He always see many people trolling but will never hand out punishments if he knows them in person. He only targets people he doesn't know and it is becoming ridiculous. 

I am done with this guy always targeting me and I am finally letting it out.

I request the lead staffs of this community to look into this issue as I am not very happy with this. Please do something and look into this issue.

Hello Panther,

First of all, you are saying that i don't eban my friends, which isn't true, i can show u a lot of screenshots where i eban/mute/gag/kban my friends, because i don't have preferences when i have to take actions as an admin. I can show you some screenshots if u want:

I can show more ebans where i eban my friends, but i don't want to fill my answer with images.
Now, talking about your gag, on today's event since rooftop rogue u were arguing cuz we were playing defense maps, when harry potter started i think u left the sv because you don't like defense maps, which isn't bad in my opinion, on the nextmap, laboratory escape, u joined, and u started to complain about why are we playing defense maps instead of laser maps, like, u just can leave in these situations if u don't like the map that we are playing, after a few mins of you complaining, Starlight gagged u for 5 minutes for spam.

When your gag expired u started harrasing Starlight, calling him asian nigger and ladyboy, and u weren't only harrasing, u were spamming it on the chat while he was leading (probably he didn't notice cuz he was leading) that's why i gagged u for 1 day.

Hello panther,

We do not tolerate any admins intentionally targeting players. Thus, with enough evidence, we will take action against the offending admin. In your case, I fail to see any specific instances of targeted abuse or any evidence you have besides accusations. Based on the screenshots Sito has sent and reviewing admin logs, I found no specific targeting instances. If you can provide me with specific moments where you feel like he is targeting you, please do reply and I will be able to better look for evidence.

@ notkoen  As of now, I have only my words as evidence and I will provide them the next time an abuse happens by any admins.

@ sito  First of all, the bans you hand out to your friends or people you know are the inactive players who show up once in a while, who would not even mind getting banned for a year.

Secondly, the issue was between me and starlight, not between you and me. I was having fun and joking around with the spam and I don't know how you manage to even take it so seriously as it was merely a CHAT SPAM. Many a times, my own country and it's culture has been trolled and made fun of by the majority of the community but I have never taken it that serious like you did. If I did, this whole server will cease to exist but I don't give a shit about the trolls and therefore, I do not mind it at all.

Lastly, If we are going to hand out gags or any type of punishments to players, no one is safe. People are not perfect, including you. 
I try my best to be better everyday in this game and this game mode as it is the only game I have fun with at this point of my life. But, when people like you get involved in the process, it is hard to get progress. I urge you to try to understand that people are not the same and we all have our different ways of joking around. It's getting hard to try to get good at the game when you hand out unnecessary bans like this.

Well, you are basically saying cuz you are joking i don't have to take actions on you? Lemme remind you that we do not tolerate any type of harrasing, and the spam in the chat isn't allowed, a guy did the same u did, christo, he was harrasing starlight and he got a mute of 2 months. So you should think a moment before taking actions, spamming that in the chat isn't a joke, as i know u aren't friend of starlight, and he probably didnt took the action because he was focusing on the map and leading. And saying that the people that i eban are inactive, let me show you their connection time:

You can't say that people is inactive, they're regular players of the server, and btw.

I think threating me isn't the correct way to remove ur gag.

LOL threatening ok boss. I find no reason to threaten an abusive admin. The server does not revolve around your authority.

All these players rarely join nowadays, except for wael but ok. You have all the tools to extract screenshots and all, and thats fine. You are an admin after all.

Just know that I will be ready with my screenshots as well the next time these stuff happen again.
