Why are you interested in applying for admin? I believe I can contribute to maintaining a positive and fair environment for all players.
What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? EU hours 
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? 7 days approximately.
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? You can say i am ready with a 10/10 experience.
Do you have any past admin experience? In discord servers only not in CSS.
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) No

You just started playing on the server for a week (based on what you typed in your application). I'd suggest getting yourself familiar with the players & staff alike before submitting an application. Also, I'd suggest getting the Donated admin so that you can familiarize yourself with the basic admin commands.

What i can sey to You, basecly the same as Chris told, playing time is to low , i would sugest , to know server beter , and staff.

If you want you can tray out a Donate admin opption, to get beter know in comands and so on.

So it will be -1 from me.

Learn more about server, people there and staff..  And like another admins here write, first try Donate admin learn about all commands and all another stuffs...

Thank you for making an application, but I don't think that you're ready to join our team yet.
You're a new player and new person, in first place you should get more familliar with the server and our community.
And Donate Admin would be a good idea if you wanna learn basics, like others suggest you.
Just not much to add, i think every thing was mentioned above so I wish you good luck in the future if you want to join our team.
