Explanation of the situation: It's been 3 or 4 month since my ban and I think it would be appropriate to write an appeal. In that time I have not evaded any bans and not interacted with nide in any way. In the past, nide unbans 'everyone' at the start of the new year, so I'm asking for a second chance.

I think telling the whole truth would have probably worked in your favor, but there were indeed escapes, several accounts were banned and a connection on 2024-10-31 21:37:21 with an alt account (STEAM_0:0:847336825).

LSA will review your case, but I have no hope for you.

I had forgotten about this time but that is the sole time I had tried to connect to the server. I’m not sure what you mean about ‘escapes’ . I’m just asking for second chance since it is the new year and nide had done this in the past.

I'm not going to try and justify trying to connect on an alt, but there have been several people in recent times who had been permanently banned from this server and used 20+ alts to play on this server, who were then unbanned.

We reviewed ur appeal and have decided to unban you, but not immediatly. You will also be under certain conditions after you're unbanned.

Right now, ill reduce your permanent ban to last one more week. After the week has expired, you will have a set of kban/eban for 1 month total, starting from the moment you get unbanned, during which time your behaviour on the server will be monitored. Trolling/Alting/Any sort of rule breaking will result in the permanent ban being set back in place. And just to clear it out for you. New years unban/cleanup doesn't affect permanent bans or active punishments.

I hope you've learned from your previous mistakes and we can see improvements in your act on the server.
