This weapon script lowers the volume of all weapons to 0.20, which is much quieter and more enjoyable. You can edit the file with a text editor like NotePad++ and adjust the amount to your liking (look for "volume" "0.20" in the file).

Put the file in your CSS custom folder like this: custom/mycustomfolder/scripts/game_sounds_weapons.txt
