I see you online often and really appreciate your active presence in the community. You’re a kind and dedicated person, which is definitely a great quality. However, I feel that the admin role might not be the best fit for you at the moment, mainly due to communication, where a potential language barrier could play a role. For now, I’m more inclined to give a -1 for this application.

No worries. For future reference, when rating, you have 3 options, comprised of -1, neutral, and +1. Also, if you can add your own opinion as to why you graded said applicant with the grade that you provided, that'll also be helpful.

With that being said, I now shift my attention towards you, applicant. I'm going with -1 for a number of reasons.

1. "Because I like to spy on the server and catch violators". First off, who exactly are you "spying" on & what 'violators" are you "spying" on? This is a red flag & players should be wary of you.

2. What exactly is "4 are kneading"? You've been on this server in far less time, as far as I know.

3. You state that you're experienced, but at no time that when I'm on the server & you're on, you show any willingness to lead. That's also not a good look on you.

4. Language barrier. I'm aware that a few players speak little or no English, which is fine, but knowing some English is imperative when interacting with our ZR staff.

That practically covers everything that I had to say about your application.

Yes, no problem, I just wanted to say that I made a few mistakes in the text I wrote a place to monitor the server, and that I shield that 4 months is quite a long time, and that I have a lot of time for the position of administrator. That's all I wanted to say, I have nothing against your opinion

Unfortunately I don't think that you're ready or good enough to join our team yet,
You seem to be friendly guy which is very nice,
But also you're very fresh on the server,
I don't know much about your language skill too, most of the time I see you writing in russian and knowing english at some point is very important to work together in our team.
I think you should get more familiar with the server and the players and give yourself more time.
