on stats.nidegg there are clan the members are total is 3 how I change the number of members or is automatique with accept players ?

it should be automatically updated when more players join the clan 
as you can see your clan ROZ has only 3 members atm including you 
while other clans like ETZ and ZEG having 5 and 8 members respectfully

how i add a member using steam,is this is the answer "First access the clan management panel, inside the panel there should be an option like: add member, manage members or something similar. There paste  my steam id and confirm the changes"

but i can't find the clan management panel are is not allowed

to add a member to your group, go to the specific player profile and press on More option, Then choose the 3rd option which is "invite to join your group" then you can choose the  group you want to invite him there (but you need administrator access to invite him btw)



about clan management you also administrator access too for it 
you should probably talk to the clan owner to offer it to you
