Hello Maso. After reviewing the appeal thoroughly and carefully the staff team reached final unanimous decision regarding this matter. the decision wasnt taken lightly by rushaway alone and it wasnt based on single incident. its the result of long pattern of behavior that has been documented over time and multiple staff approved it. The key points of this decision you have received multiple punishments in the past for trolling, disruptive behavior, misusing items intentionally, harassment and harming the gameplay balance. you got several warnings, temporary punishments, many chances already and despite them there is no meaningful change was shown. several staff members provided clear and obvious evidence including clips, observations for repeated violations against server rules. as it shown in many maps here like cosmo, collective, diddle, mako and many countlessly violations werent recorded. your actions caused frustration for teammates damaged the playing experience and required online staffs to intervening frequently. in this appeal rather than acknowledge and taking the accountability you attempted to minimize your actions and present yourself as a victim of "Maso hate club" not to mention trying to bring incidents from the past regarding some staffs and attempt to find any gap to debate. the staff responses to this thread werent personal bias but they are fact based explanations backed up by proofs . the conclusion reached a point where there is no longer way to return. and staff members have experienced to deal with repeated situations. Our community will prioritize fair gameplay, smooth experience and healthy atmosphere. when a players demonstrate over time that they are unwilling to follow the rules, distracting/ruining gameplay or being unhelpful not supportive team mate. their permanent removal becoming necessary to protect wider playerbase. Since majority of staffs team in favor of this decision, The decision is final and similar behavior has been observed on other communities, this shows there is no hope of giving another chance. The ban will stay in place and this appeal will be closed. -

I don’t know why you’re bringing up things that happened over two years ago, but yeah. I admit I did that to show you that your behaviour was already an issue back then and that the admins had already noticed it. I wanted you to reflect on your actions and change, but now I see I probably shouldn’t have. As for that I've never forced a nextmap outside of an event. I might have added some maps that had <10 map cooldowns so that players don't start spamming rtv and wasting 10 maps in 5 minutes but all of that came with a good intention and to help revive the server since I only do it when I see it's dead. And that's why you have never complained about that until now, since you know there is no hope for you in this appeal. Now let's talk about why you were banned months ago from the Discord server. You started sending some shady scripts in the general chat and tell players to use that to prevent getting kicked by the AFK Manager plugin. I believe someone deleted your message first as a warning but you shared it again which led to the ban of your main account. This was not a problem until a few days ago, when you again encouraged players on the server to use that same script. Also you decided to come back in the discord server in September by impersonating some UNLOZE player thinking no one would notice that it was you behind the account. All that while your main account is still banned. You also called a player from NiDE a pedophile just because he was accepted in IES and not you 3 years ago. You posted some picture yesterday implying that a former member from the staff was a child predator with your alt account. And you call players cheaters whenever they are faster than you in ZE, which got you banned from a bunch of other ze servers. So yeah you're a disgusting player and nobody likes you. As Rushaway and Kiku have shown, you were given way too many chances and you didn't use any of them wisely. I also want to add that this decision wasn't made by me or Rushaway at all, but that the whole staff was consulted and discussed about it. The majority has concluded that it was better to remove you from the community.
