I understand that English may not be your first language since you arent native English speaker, and that what makes communications is difficult. 
But I will try to provide a brief explanation of why this happened.
In zombie escape mode, teamwork and coordination are essential, especially for players holding important items.
When you hold an item, your actions can greatly affect the entire team chance of winning the map. Thats why listening to the leaders instructions and using the item at the right time is extremely important, even if misunderstandings happen, its your responsibility as an item user to pay attention for what other people saying, if you arent sure ask and follow teams plan as best as possible.
The punishment was about the impact of miscommunication and misuse an item during  crucial moments. I encourage you to improve your communication and awareness in future so similar situations wont happen again.
However the eban duration may look too long but Harraga ebanned you based on your history. You have quite bad history (11 ebans) for not using items properly and not listening to leader.
Anyway I will review the duration with the LSA team to see if it's possible to make adjustments since you made an appeal.

First of all, just to clear things up, jonmac13476 was a nickname I used a few months ago, so I'm the admin who restricted you.

As for your punishment, like Anwar said, we restricted you permanently because English isn’t a language you understand which means you never know what to do on maps with items when asked to use them. Many admins have noticed how you constantly fail and die whenever you grab an item making things harder for everyone else.
If I recall correctly, you ruined several rounds in the final stage of Diddle by heading to the shop and buying useless items without really listening to the leader’s instructions. On a map where the number of items is limited and crucial in order to win. So that was the mistake too many. 
And I also want to point out that this isn’t a decision I made on my own, I first ebanned you for a week, but after talking and reviewing your history, the staff as a whole has decided that a permanent duration was the way to go.

But since you took the time to make an account to write an appeal and we believe you will make efforts in the future, the staff has discussed about it and we decided to do you a favour and reduce your eban to 1 month and 11 days which means you are basically free to pick up items now.
