Why are you interested in applying for admin?

After trying the Donated Admin for one month I decided to apply for this position for several reasons. First of all, I really like the server and would like it to run for another 30 years if possible. Seeing that this server already exists for so long (yes, I have already played here more than 13 years ago, can't believe it myself), that seems pretty doable to me! Second, I think I'm mature enough to make a distinction between trolling players/griefers/ruiners and I know when and how to act accordingly. I promise to always check the rules first before exercising my admin powers, and I would definitely never abuse my powers to bully a player. Lastly, I think the server too would profit from another (more serious) admin, as I've been online a lot lately and I can tell that a lot of action had to be taken in this short but intense period.

How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for?

As I already indicated, I think I played on this server when I was about 15-17 years old. That's a looong time ago (heh). Of course, I haven't played all that time in between, but I've been playing a lot these last two months. Usually in the evening. 

How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied?

I do have some experience, I know all the basic rules and dynamics. Don't ask me to bhop like some players do though, that's too much for me  

Do you have any past admin experience?

I used to have a SAMP (San Andreas Multiplayer) roleplay server, and on it's peak I had around 50 daily players. That's where I got a lot of experience with running a roleplay server. 

Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc)

Yes, when I had the SAMP server I was the administrator and the main mapper for that server. I don't have any mapping XP on CSS servers though. When it comes to video editing, I had a dropshipping project where I used DaVinci Resolve and Capcut to edit video's. I also have experience with StableDiffusionUI, ComfyUI and other AI video and image editing software.

first of all, thanks for your application. You’ve shown that you’re active and involved in the community. That said, during your time as a Donated Admin you’ve made some questionable calls, that in my opinion, isn’t how a server admin should act. From what i’ve seen lately, you’ve been making better decisions, which is definitely a positive sign. I’d suggest you keep trying the Donated Admin to further improve your decision making. 

So for now it’s a -1 leaning towards neutral. Best of luck with your application!

As per usual with any applicant, I'm gonna give my 100% unbiased opinion.

First, I'd like to say that your interest in wanting to be part of the staff is appreciated. You have shown commitment by being consistently active on the server. However, there are some drawbacks that I'd like to point out. Early on when you first bought your donated privileges, there were several questionable calls that had myself & fellow staff members scratching their heads. Not exactly a great first impression to make in trying to become a hopeful staff memeber. In recent days, I did observe that you did clean up the mess a bit. Keep up with that pace & it'll go wel for you.

Verdict: -1 leaning towards neutral. Best of luck, nonetheless.

It's interesting to me how you stay vague about what exactly it is that bothers you.  Is it that I tried out my 'bought privileges' the first day I was testing them? and how the commands work? (I teleported myself once to another player as a zombie, did not infect anyone, just jumped around in joy having seen the command work, and I slayed myself too once, to try it). I got warned for that, which I find kind of surprising, as I had to find out the admin rules myself, and nothing was explained to me when I paid for the 'privileges'. So when it comes to paying for admin there is no limit, but if use the commands for things that in my view were not abuse, I get warned and frowned upon. Okay, I do understand I probably had to take a little more initiative and thoroughly scan the forums for what I can and can't use, and honestly, I still don't know if I can even use a command to beacon another player lol... still didn't find any information regarding the use of commands like tp/beacon/ ...

The 'calladmin: noob' that I typed was just a test. First I typed !admins to see if anyone is online, I saw no one was and then typed !calladmin to see if I would get any special text in chat, highlighting my comment. I didn't even know that !calladmin will call an admin outside of the server. In this instance the 'noob' perfectly fits myself. 

If you have any grievances for the rest that I do not know of, please let me know. As far as I know I didn't do anything 'bad'. When it comes to making mistakes..I guess everyone makes them. For instance; I remember one of the first days that I came back to this server, about a month+ ago, the map was skyscrapers (or something like that) and I was placing props closing the entrance to the cage. Someone was autosniping my props. It was Giovanni with some kind of troll skin or a pig nosed character, which I remember very clearly. I asked him to stop and he didn't. I don't know if it's the same guy as the admin here above, giving me a -1, I hope not. But if it was you, Giovanni, then you're the last one to judge me on minor mistakes I made the last period. I still had a noob skin and the guy probably just felt that I was powerless, and he was right at the time. 

Having said that, I respect your opinions if they really are as unbiased as claimed. I'm looking forward to more detailed information about what I did wrong, as I am always looking to better my judgement. I am still motivated to contribute as an admin, as I still think that there are enough instances where intervention is absent when needed.

Just to clarify a few things. My skin is Saori from Blue Archive, not any kind of ‘pig nosed’ skin, so you’re probably mistaking me for  someone else. 
You said you used !calladmin once, and that’s correct, it happened once, not multiple times. Still even a single unnecessary use should be avoided, especially as a Donated Admin. You teleported yourself to other players and stayed yourself, which again shows unnecessary command use. Besides that, even though you personally used !calladmin only once, all Server Admins received the ping about it, So it wasn’t just about you, every other Server Admin saw it.
About the commands, you’ve had plenty of chances to ask an active Server Admins for help or clarification, but you didn’t. Every Server Admin is expected to take initiative to learn the rules and limits, especially when they have privileges. 
Personally i’ve been inactive for about a month since i’m ~11000km’s away from my pc. So i couldn’t handle things personally, in some cases, I asked others to take certain actions on my behalf because i wasn’t able, and clearly stated i would take full responsibility for that. 
that said, as i already mentioned, you’ve also done several positive things, and that’s appreciated. I just want to make sure everything is clear and consistent for the future.

Then there must be another ZR player with the name Giovanni and a special skin  Only saw him appear twice, a bit more than a month ago. Since then I haven't seen him. But it's all good. 

Yeah I apologized for my !calladmin use, as I said, I didn't know.... thought it was some kind of /report like they had in SAMP, where the admins active on the server at the time would get notified. 

And I take full responsibility for my ignorance at first. In my mind, there was a reason that a distinction was being made between different admin levels, and I assumed that I could use any command that I had access to, as long as I would not abuse them. Abuse as in...doing stuff to harm other players' gameplay, use it to my own advantage, etc ..

Hello Duke, my name is Sophistical as you have met me in game I am currently on a Trial Admin myself for the past 2 weeks or so.

I have played the game and I have seen how you behave you are friendly and welcoming and that's a really good trait.

as I have seen you tend to "act" so you  can learn something in the process of it, and that has put you in a tight spot which other admins have "label it as Questioned actions" I would recommend for the future to ask on discord on how to use the commands in the correct way and before taking a serious decision ask the admins on discord or "!calladmin Hello admins this guy has done ____ how should I act?" and then an admin will message you when he sees the call personally as a trial admin myself this is the best way to handle things when you don't know something, usually when you call an admin they might be able to deal from console themself on nide.gg you can see all daily or general bans on "sourcebans" if I am sure 

I like that you have this initiative trait it could be good and self reliable you just need to work on being more self responsible and you will be fine.

I would say we can give him a Trial Admin as the name says "trial" we can find on the way if he is capable on evolving as he has showed so far he has learned of his past mistakes. +1 for Trial admin.

Thanks Soph, for your truly unbiased comment. Out of everyone here until now, you are actually the only one that has seen me act in game, as you are often online when I am. I appreciate your constructive stance and I definitely will implement your useful suggestions.

I don't think I have must to say I guess as some other admins we have mixed opinions/confussions etc.
I'm not very familiar with you cuz I didn't/don't see you often. You have started playing a bit over month ago on server at least on nide stats you have something about 30 days played which makes it 3d 12h activity.

You have made mistakes but you're trying to correct yourself and learn something, which is good. I think you should give yourself more time, learn and get more expirence.
