1: My ingame name: Rex 2: My SteamID: STEAM_0:1:460732090 3: Name of the admin involved: Andrew 4: What server did it happen on: ZE 5: Map: ze_hobbiten_oldschool 6: Time and date: 24/06/2025 7: Explanation of the situation: I was somehow Trolling on hobbiten_oldschool, despite the fact that i used late wind to cover for myself it ended up killing the others, but to be precise during that period, the server was pretty much dead with 25-26 players. 8: Proof: Andrew has checked the demo, he decided to eban me, someone called an admin or someone actually told him that i "trolled" and he reviewed the demo after, despite the fact that i trolled it's a little too much for a 1 month eban. I did actually troll on my alt account and that eban is totally justified. The 3-day ban can stay, it is deserved.

-1 After spending quite a bit of time playing alongside Smygole, I feel it’s important to share some honest feedback regarding his potential as an admin. Based on what I’ve seen, I don’t believe he’s ready for the role — and to be completely transparent, I don’t think he will be anytime soon. He’s still showing a lot of immature behavior. For example, he tends to get frustrated and rage quit when things don’t go his way, especially when the team doesn’t follow his lead. That kind of response makes it hard for others to take him seriously, let alone trust him in a leadership role. There’s also been a lot of unnecessary swearing and name-calling, which doesn't reflect the kind of environment I think we’re all trying to build here. There have also been some past incidents that suggest he’s not the most trustworthy person when it comes to handling private or sensitive information — and that’s something we really can’t afford to take lightly with someone in an admin position. I’m not trying to be harsh for the sake of it. I just genuinely think the admin team deserves someone more reliable, level-headed, and mature. Smygole might be able to grow into that someday, but right now, he’s just not the right fit. Thanks for taking the time to read this, and hopefully this post won't get deleted or hidden.

+1 I believe he will behave in a better way if he does become an admin, has a positive attitude, meaning that he will make a great impact on the server, not to mention that he can be friends with literally anyone, even tho he was beefing with Boten yesterday they are now cool to each other, mashallah to that like he said. He might even actually give brain to some of the Server Admins on the server.

I am playing CSS around like 5 years, firstly started playing around 2017 in the v34 version which was a little bit broken, but still the ZE Servers there were very similar to Nide but it didn't had complicated and large maps, like for example "Deadcore", after 2 years the ZE server that i played on known as ZA (Zombie Annihilator) unfortunately has shuted down and i decided to move to the Steam Version of CSS. 5.You will need minimun of 72h of connection time (3 days) I have around 24 days. 6. Needs a minimun of 1+ players and 3+ admins to get approved + Lead admins will have the final word. I got some friends and admins who got my back hopefully. 7. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community? I wasted a lot of time playing on this server so i decided to apply and be part of the Nide community for a while, i have a lot of knowledge about ZE and Maps,i barely make a mistake in any map but also i am very opened to try new things on some certain maps. For me it's important for every player to have the same fun, experience and fairness, i don't want anyone to ruin everything and to have the unfair advantage of everyone else. 8.Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin? I have been an admin before in CSS v34 ZA Server. The Server was attacked by strong hackers almost everyday, me and the other admins did our best to keep the server clean and safe, sometimes we succeeded and sometimes we just couldn't do anything about it. I was an admin there for a year, and i knew the basic commands, now i kinda forgot about some things but hopefully that won't be a problem to me, i will have help from some of the admins to explain to me how some things work(e.g. the fake flags). But in general i think i would be helpful to the server. 9.Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server? I am 19, just finished High School and i have some free time, soon i might get a job aswell. But i am playing daily like 3-4 hours. 10. Here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him how will you deal with that? Write your answer in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question . I would firstly spectate the player if he is really using an aimbot, and if that is true then he deserves a ban duration lets say for e.g. 2 days, and by any situation if he comes back and he is still using aimbot then i will increase the ban length or maybe even make it permanenent.
