4. How long are you playing CSS ?

I discovered css in 2016 and I immediately started playing it, I first started playing on the first Russian server on the dust2 map in 2016, I played on it for a few months and I became admin on the server. After a few months I stopped on his server because there weren't too many people and I wanted to. Then by continuing to play I discovered new servers like FFA, only awp, deathmatch, Zombie ... I played on its different servers for several years with a few breaks in between. While playing it I saw that I was playing a lot on the zombie servers, so I decided to only play on the zombie servers and drop the others. and now i have been playing on zombie servers nonstop for almost 2 years now.

5. Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

I have already had some experience as an admin on a server where there were really a lot of people and I was very very active on it, so I tell myself that seeing that I am very active and that I am becoming admin I can be there when the other admin is not there, if you want the truth, since I have been on the server for not too long, I am not yet very sure of all the rules of the server, but seeing that I am very active on the server, I will learn all the server rules very quickly without any problem. One more thing I speak French, English and Russian so if ever there is a need I'm here :). The most important thing for me on the server is that the server can develop wonderfully and reach a peak, and I just want to be part of the server development.

6 Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

My experience as an admin has been at least almost a year as I already told you above, I took my admin responsibility without any worries, if I become an admin dear to you I will give the same performance and even better because I fell in love with zombie servers. I like it when the rules are well respected, obviously when someone does not respect the rules we do not sanction him directly we warn first because maybe he is new on the server or does not yet know the rules very well (we explain the rules to him) then if he starts again we give small sanctions and we increase if he continues further. The benefits I can bring already if you ever need a developer I can help it's just for info then, I like to give smile to people like offering vips to those who deserve it on the server, if ever we can create event and I offer vips there is no problem.

7. Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

I am currently in training of web developer for several me in language html, css, javascript, typescript, react ... all its remotely at home. I am located in Lille in France, I am someone who likes to practice sport, and a geek lol. Almost every end of the day I play css. Its obviously not very long since I played on the server but that's not a problem because the hours of games will pass very quickly on the server since I am active on the server and I like the server.

8. here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

First of all if someone suspects a player of cheating or if I myself suspect the person is cheating I start to switch to spec mode on the person for at least 15-20 min to check if he is cheating or not, if I am not. not sure I ask another admin, and if the cheating is confirmed, already I warn the person to stop his immediately (first warning) otherwise I give a sanction of 1 week, if it continues 2-3 weeks and if it continues to be banned for 1 month, more if necessary.
