I am unable to view nide server recently, please help me.

try use "connect nideip" in console instead using Server List

This problem is well know, since As i am seeing, you are a steam player, so all you have to do is:
1. Open your steam
2. Click on Library 
3. Right-click on Counter Strike Source
4. Click on Properties...
5. Then fill launch options with this: +clientport YourIpHere -console
6. Done

If you don't know what is your ip, you can run cmd.exe from windows and run ipconfig command

An example: +clientport 182.71.82.1 -console (this is not a real ip it was just an example)

we decided to block a big range of ip addresses, they are used by VPN solutions.
we have a lot of problems with players who use vpn to spoof SteamID players and abuse.

You don't abuse, it's other people using VPNs who abuse it...
unfortunately this punishes legitimate players like you.
