New VIP Perks ZE

Hey guys!
We have discussed the current VIP perk system, and come to the conclusion that at the moment it's not very attractive to the players who are not interested in cosmetics only.

For this reason we have added VIP class perks that gives you certain advantages over non-VIP players.
