Locked Help joining the server

So I'm having this problem when i try to join the ZE Server it keeps saying you cant join the server if you're using a VPN 

ive been playing on this server for years and this is the first time it happens. any fix? thanks :)

you should send to him a screenshot and your ip then he will fixed,

solution : dont use VPN

the problem is i dont use any vpn or that change ip's xd

this problem happens to some players but the players don't used VPN, so the problem will solved by the Managers in the server, FPTyel will help, if you can not contact with, you can contact with Klixus
