5 : Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

I can stop or vanish trollers from the server since I did a bit of trolling recently and knew how they troll, i can stop ban avoiders easily since i used to avoid bans myself in the past i know how to detect VPNs and i have other methods of detecting ban avoiders with certain console commands which i can share with the server managers only and can't be leaked to normal players, i can detect hackers easily its not science to detect aimbot users i can replay demos without delay to see if their aim was on the target or not, for bhop hackers it depends on their jump streaks and their history of bhopping, new players more likely to be cheating unlike old bhoppers who can get false detected for light scrolling, I know all admin commands and I have no interest in using all of them in case of necessary
one of the reasons that encouraged me to apply is lardy giving a chance to not much-liked players like me and is willing to listen to suggestions and improve his community he is my favorite admin even though we rarely talk

6 : Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

you can have a lot of benefits from old player who knows everything about this gameplay mod I might be infamous for acts I did a few years back but everyone changes I want to get in-depth with the game and help create plugins and fix exploits that I can find in the server I wanted to do in the past like the quick-switch bug but again I don't know any staff to communicate with, your sourcecode on github srcdslab helped me a lot thanks for that, I also have a lot of events ideas but I'm skeptical to share since I don't know many of the current staff except two
hope my recent kban won't affect my app I was sleepy af (4am) and wanted to get banned so I can leave and go to sleep i'm active at NA time and EU times it depends on my school schedule 

7 : Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?
 

I'm studying right now and will be done with it for good in june, it doesn't affect my activity time I'm always using my computer and can be available always i don't have any other things to share about myself i u want to know me better talk to me privately

8 : here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

some aimbots are very obvious and can be easily detected and be banned for and some might be using silent aim or aim lock which needs a demo to review and be viewed in slow motion to detect, also wallhacks can be easily detected with viewing demos with r_drawothermodels I don't know any other hacks that need manual detection the rest will be detected by anti cheats.

I hear you're trying to move on from your previous actions. This is a positive step in the right direction, but you need to stay on that path and keep building a good reputation for yourself. Keep going forward and you'll have a better chance next time you make your admin applicaton. You can do it!
