4-How long are you playing CSS ?

This year it will be 4 years

5- You will need minimun of 72h of connection time (3 days) ✓

6- Needs a minimun of 1+ players and 3+ admins to get approved + Lead admins and other admin with high rank above me will have the last word.

7- Why do you think we should take you into the team? What knowledge do you have, what is important for you ON a server or in the community?

I am active , I''vee been donated admin so i know the commands, and i can act fast unlike most admins that just take years to either eban/kban/mute and other things..

8-Which experiences do you have about being an ADMIN and other things that can beneift us having you as an admin?

 I did have servers,site on CS 1.6 (I was Head Admin back in the days) , also i have chain of this site with mine servers, so i guess i can help also in CSS with my expirience and knowledge,to move site and server forward.

9- Some details about yourself, what are you doing right now, how often do you think you'll play on the server?

I study for IT specialist, I am working in Mahle also  , from Sofia,Bulgaria , for now in Koper,Slovenia, i also played with my other nickname in server : bluFF ^_*

I think i can play at least 6-8 hours every day.

10- here is a small question need to answer it , imagine if you are a new admin on the server and there is a player he is being specious to using Aimbot, And you need to deal with him  how will you deal with that? Write your answer  in full details more detailed answer mean better answer , new admin applications should consider this question .  

Spectating him , spectating him again with one more admin ,  if any admins on,  ill talk to them via admin chat. if not ill kick him just as a warning if he joins and keeps acting suspicious I will just ban him.

Also it's not clear which server you're applying for but by the title of your application I'm assuming it's for ZR.

Hello WickedSick,

After carefully reviewing your application, we regret to inform you that your application has been DENIED. This is for a few reasons which are:
  • Your connection time is much lower than the connection time required. (yours is 13 hours and you need a minimum of 72hrs).
  • No upvotes(+) from anyone on the application.
  • Not enough experience on the server.

    Please do not be discouraged by this outcome. We appreciate you application and you considering the admin position with us espcially as you're currently donated admin so maybe with just some more connection time and experience on the server a future application may be considered further.

      Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read my application and replying to it. I understand your concerns as you don’t know me personally on a deeper level and I don’t blame you, you haven’t played with me that much. However, I believe that’s why there is a trial period before achieving admin and it’s there for me to my prove myself and show my character to the staff team but also for the community.

      While I agree with what Chris said, speaking from my experience on the admin team, here’s how I see it.   I’ve seen Lackin around, and it’s clear there’s genuine interest in supporting the server, particularly during those late EU hours when things tend to get more chaotic. That kind of awareness is important, and it’s good to see someone willing to step up where help is needed.   That said, being an admin is more than just being present. It’s about consistent activity, clear communication, and leading by example. Right now, there’s still room to grow in those areas. The recent activity is a good start, and I’d like to see that continue. Improving clarity, both in chat and on the forums, would also help build trust with both players and staff.   So for now, just like Chris, I’ll be staying neutral but I’m leaning toward a +1 if you can maintain your presence and address the points mentioned.   With that said, good luck with the rest of your application.
