Suddenly lost my VIP in-game

Hello,

So basically i was playing yesterday on the ZE and the [VIP] title sudenly disappeared next to my name. When i use "!vipmenu" in the chat, it says i am not VIP which isn't the case since i donated for a month early december. My account on NIDE is also displayed as being a VIP so i don't know what happened. Also if you check the transaction log, you can see my name. 

If anybody, especially admins could help me, i'll appreciate it.

Hi again are you able to contact me on Discord "_hobbitten". I checked the transaction and yes you should have VIP. We have experienced the last few days issues with some perks not being loaded.

      I will say actually - U need to play on server more like 3 months or something to get it, and u need to be good active and help to winning maps and not ruining. Play much, and if u have a wish to get it, then u will.
