Why are you interested in applying for admin?

  I spend a lot of time on server and i have good relationships with regular players, also i found new friends on it, i love zm mode

  and i can play all the time, because it's very calming for me and ofc my expereince help me to do right solutions in different situations

What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? 

  To be honest, i think both of them, because i start playing in 3 p.m.  GMT +1 until 3 a.m.

How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for?

  Gameplay hours is 7d 21 hour, but i play on this server only month  

How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied?

  I play on zm mode servers since 2010 when i was kid, i love it and since this time i make a few pause to play

Do you have any past admin experience?

  If we dont pay attention for Donation Admin now on ZR server, last time it was when i was a kid and have a lot of time for it, after i finished school

  i need to study a lot and i cant spend a lot of time for one of my hobbie, but now i've built my life so that i have a lot of time for things what i love

Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc)

Per usual, I'll give my unbiased opinion (which goes to anyone that applies):

Although you play on a daily basis & you get to know the players (which is cool & all), I'm not exactly convinced yet that you have what it takes to be part of the team. I'm aware that you're a Donated & that you're learning, but there was an occasion early on when I saw multiple slayings under your name, which I had to tell you to not abuse of your Donated privileges. You're not a bad player/person, as I have yet to hear any issues or bad things about you, but from an administrative perspective, I feel like you need to improve on it some more, as being part of the team does require being committed to the role & it's no easy task like most people think it is.

To conclude my statement:

+ for being a good player that plays daily, but - because I feel like you need to be more committed if you expect to be part of the team.

Hi everyone who read it!

I understand what you are saying @ CrazyChris  @ DJSpider-MaN Suleiman 2024 , I do not see it as some kind of entertainment, I see it as a business with a high degree of responsibility, because in my opinion from the team of administrators depends a lot, each of the team is the face of the server and from his actions and correctly made decisions the player gets an impression of the server and including the choice of where to play next, I at one time stayed because the guys were friendly and not toxic and in general the atmosphere was cool. 

Regarding my mistakes in the beginning, yes I was wrong and at that time did not understand the whole concept, but now I'm based on my mistakes make conclusions and improve my skills as an admin, I look at how do admins in those or other situations to avoid new mistakes and learn from others and not on their own.

I really like your team and I would like to be a part of it, I will do everything to become better

I don't know you really good, I just have seen you a couple times on the server, but you seem to be a really chill and nice guy and also an promising a Donated Admin. So we decided to accept you and give you a chance. I hope that you will become a really good admin while working in our team.
