Well, from what I saw yesterday while playing with you, when I was talking to another admin and you wrote "shut up Fox" in the chat and continued spamming, although as far as I know on Nide communication is not prohibited, I think this is not sign of a good admin

Hello, @ IceGod  !

I think you need to spend more time on the server and socialise more with the players.

you play well, but at the moment you lack experience and ability to make the right decisions in different situations.

in my opinion you need to prove yourself a bit more as an admin but I have nothing against you personally and as a player this is just my opinion based on my interaction with you.

I don't know how well you really know the rules and the teams but from what you say you know them well I think you need to prove it in practice and then the decision on your application will be clearer.

I would also personally like more detailed answers to questions.

I believe in you and I'm sure you'll do well if you try hard enough, I'm always in touch.

Well, i'm not sure what else i could add to say since other people gave correct opinions and not much changed since your last application.
I think you should just give yourself more time to learn the rules and gain more expirence from the our server instead of carrying about some other servers cause we have much different way of working here.
Another thing, I can't change my opinion because I don't see you much playing either, also your answers to the application's questions are not much useful either, i suggest you to say more than just a one or two words.
I don't think that you're a suitable person to join our time yet. I wish you good luck, maybe in the future..
