Question about Prop as a Zombie

So I can't no move objects as a zombie.

For example if someone is sitting in a pipe or in a car?

I press -Ctrl press E and jump but nothing happens am confused.

Try holding E and Ctrl and most importantly move as slowly as u can. and u can do it with enough practice . i hope it was helpfull x)

well some times you can move the prop sometimes you cant

There are some spots where enemy props can be moved & there's other spots where enemy props can't be moved. Plain & simple. If it moves, it moves. If it doesn't, then continue on with normal gameplay.

it just depends on the type of the "prop" like above mentioned car/van or pipe
some of maps use type of props which allows you to move the props like dryer throught them and some of them not
mapper selects it in the hammer while making the map
