Why are you interested in applying for admin? Because i want to protect the server from rule breakers and make backgrounds for events that can reveal what the map could look like

How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? 156 hours 
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? i have played zombie escape and i like the nemesis gamemode because you can knife the nemesis to make him fly using right click
Do you have any past admin experience? Never but it could be my first time 
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) i can draw low quality backgrounds and pictures

I'm not one to comment much on ZE applicants, as it's not in my field, but given that you have no admin experience, I'd suggest that you get to know the ZE players & the ZE staff alike.

Its unlikely this guy will get admin, but giving someone a -1 when u don't play ze is retarded. Your reasoning is not adequate as well, a lot of people have no admin experience when applying. Hating just to hate

Agree with @ maso  here . But in the case of lunaraz i don't remember seeing you in the server not even once , you very rarely play and i can't judge you right now and give you - 1 because simple i did not see from you nothing so  I don't know anything . I will remain neutral . be more active and play learn about maps gameplay etc and admin privileges you're only 16 .

Just a reminder about the older application requirements: it was 72 hours.
He has over 156 hours, so that's almost a full week of active time playing on the server.

@ .Rushaway  well of course you know . But 156 hours for 2 months and a half is low active time  or he did play earlier  before march and registration here . So 156 hours is quite low for 4 or 5 months .  So I'm just saying . Need to monitor more  because when i start playing last year in end of january i did make a those 72 hours pretty fast . its a pety hours for player to apply for admin . I did not know after those 72 hours a lot of things about maps and situations and admin rights.

You're right, but my message was more to keep in mind spending 150+ hours on a server is already a lot of time dedicated to a community. 
After the time playing during a week is another story.

@ .Rushaway  You are right . There is no double that  spending 150+ hours  is a lot of dedication playing in the community . Need to be accurate about hours .  Like you mentioned .  But some players can just come to make those a hours is not that much time to be frank  and be afk in server without any action and communication  whether it will be via chat or voice . We need to more precise about the overall behaviour of players and monitor them , because to have admin privileges , need to be more  familiar with gameplay and  admin rights in order to take action  to  a given circumstances and situations.

i am going to deny your app for pretty much several reasons.
you seems dont have experience and knowledge in the ze field besides almost no one in the community recognized you + not being familiar 
from my view i saw you few times in the server but still not enough to judge your capabilities to handle admin powers 
your connection time seems fine
i would suggest to you to communicate with players/staffs more and showing actual presence in the sv besides discord will help you a lot to get better chance in the future
