7: Explain the situation (with the maximum details)

To start, I originally didnt wanna make this post because I felt it would get treated unfairly and deleted but I figured its worth it as its been bothering me for a while

The whole thing started with something that is kinda irrelevant to this post but provides context as to what blew it all up, In short I had a serious disagreement with Hobbitten on a person that was banned and getting unbanned from nide.

I care for the whole staff team as a whole and I was a part of it and I thought this would be a really bad image for us as a whole because of the serious "accusations" (not really, I have proof of that backs these claims up) this person had and because he'd been previously banned permanently and at this time for a month, It would be really hard to backtrack all the sudden.

I'll add on and say that all of the admins are witnesses to this whole thing, I obviously cant post anything thats related to the administrative chat as its a private chat but the permanent ban that originally happened was done by Koen, Backed up by Hobbitten. Why is this important? This means that the evidence that was provided was sufficient enough to justify the ban in the first place.
My personal opinion on the whole thing is: Whether you like it or not the community doesnt get along well with people that are involved in these kinds of "things" (I wont state what, Its disturbing). Though I understand we all share different opinions and some believe if it happened outside the community its irrelevant. However in this case a ban was already issused in the first place so automatically it becomes part of the community.

So this leads to the whole incident blowing up, on the 7/17/2025 I scroll through nide discord and I see the person that was banned is unbanned, And as I stated I strongly disagreed with this decision and I didnt know that it happened.
I called out the decision to undo the ban in admin chat, The exact words I wont state but it was pretty much a disagreement with the decision but in a much more vulgar tone, and how this decision will be a serious issue in how we as the staff team is seen, Obviously as an admin at this time I care for the view that we have on the server.

The result: I see around an hour later a message from Hobbitten, an Instant demotion without warning or freeze, + a 3 month silence.

Hobbitten states the reason in not just my reaction to the undoing of the punishment but also other "incidents" that happened in game, I know myself and what I get into so I knew what he was referring to (or so I think, I asked to know what exactly so I could explain myself but got ignored).
Although I personally believe the decision Hobbitten made was over the message because of the timing (Other incidents I could think about were around 1 week ago, and a misconduct incident unrelated around a day before) and after our long talk he settled on "I dont want an admin that accuses people of being pedophiles"

I'll start off and I say I didnt disagree at all with his statement, Its fully his right to decide which admins are fit to be admin, and he fully has the authority to dismiss any of them if he sees fit but i'd like to put things into prespective.
I rarely say the word as an insult to anyone because it is pretty bad, I even went back and searched myself in the discord ingame chat and from my year and a slightly more of playing I said it a total of 9/10 times and not all of them were directed at anyone. I dont think I said it on the mic more than that also (I usually talk when I lead only or sometimes to strike conversation, I do have my shit talk moments but lets be honest thats literally everyone)

But I have another arguement to bring up. If this word is that terrible to the point where you choose to instantly demote an admin and put a 3 month silence on him, Then how come you can say "Kill Yourself"? How is this any less wrong? Ofcourse if you really want to make a deal out of you, You can easily give someone else the same treatment as I have gotten if you want to. Its all about perspective.
Keep in mind this wasent a stone written rule.

On nide you can call people the N word, F word whatever you want, People say kill yourself on a daily to each other and somehow when I confront someone perhaps in a defensive arguement and I happened to say "Pedophile" thats enough to fully toss the 8 months of admin dedication and contribution into the trashcan? I understand that an admin talking trash isnt ideal but at the end of the day we're all human and we all have shortcomings. im personally a very loyal person to my friends and the aggressive reaction that came out of me was perhaps a mistake.

And for the record, If I ever said the word "Pedophile" to someone and I meant it, Then I had proof or valid reasoning to do so but that's irrelevant to this topic because this topic's about the treatement I recieved from Hobbitten and how I feel its unfair.

To @ Hobbitten , Let the full management team + LSAs review this. I dont have anything personal against you but I feel this decision on your end although could be justified and valid, was still a case of mistreatment.

Most of the staff team was witness to this whole incident and they're aware of it.

At the end of the day im here to have fun and enjoy my time but im also a human being, so when I feel mistreated or disrespected I dont like to keep it privately with myself.

I am nobody here, just some f*cked wanker to be honest and open with you . 

But I want to express my opinion and feelings because Mobile is an extremely important person for zombie escape . 

He is very intelligent , reasonable guy with extreme leading skills and communication skills . He can't stay muted for 3 months the server will suffer and grief . Everyone loves him and his voice and leading abilities and  communication skills , Even if he sometimes explodes and curses, everyone gets angry and emotional, it's human nature. Everyone knows that is very good guy and respectable . Unmute this guy .   And also make him admin again he is very rational  and with admin  familiarity  .

In my opinion the punishment is too much, if that is the only thing that happened. Instantly removing someone's admin and muting him for that long is just over the top. Admin team should warn people for such things, not pulling crazy harsh punishments like this immediately, nobody is perfect.

Before I give my insight to this matter, i think it's important to say that while I'm relatively new to css (arround 500-600 hours/mostly on nide) it's important to know that I'm not new to zombie escape, i have around 3k hours on cgo/css/cs2, i mostly played on mapeadores/gcg/zeddy/gfl/nide/unloze, and most of the time I keep to myself, because I only play when I'm bored at work or at home, and I could not give a single f*ck about lasers or soles, I just enjoy the game.

While on nide, I think the only punishments I have is that I got twice kbanned (once by mobile btw).

So, I almost never post or reply to anything because 99% of the time all the complaints, reports and so on are related to people being emotionally unavailable or damaged, besides nide staff there's actually no point in providing an objective feedback.

With that being said, my 1st encounter with Mobile was not that great, he actually kbanned me for 24 hours if I remember correctly for trying to knife a zombie away and unfortunately got boosted fw but didnt killed any humans, but I got kbanned anyway ( maybe on lucid, I can't remember) , I tried to talk to him about it and I remember that he was kinda mad (not on me necessarily)  and he's vocabulary want really on point so i let it go.

And I didn't really understand his behavior because I was new at that time, but ffs, to be an admin on nide you have to have nerves of steel, ppl constantly spamming sound boars, trolling, trying to rtv maps they dont like, shit talking, talking over leaders, talking in other languages besides English and so on. And I do understand the reasoning that nide and any other css server have to be forgiving with these ppl because the player count is only decreasing but at the same time you do have to understand what this type of behavior does to your staff, and being an admin on nide is hard.

After i played more on nide I involuntarily got to know Mobile more (we are not friends, we do not talk except few ingame words and I don't think we have friends in common) and while he has a shit tone to improve (vocabulary and attitude) he does this from my perspective because he cares about the game and his friends, but I do believe he has so much potential to be big in a almost dead game, so you guys should be more supportive and appreciative towards him.

I don't know about other players , but when it comes to admins, I never join nide if mobile, lunala, harraga, , andrew, anwar and a few more others  are not present because the server is unplayable due to spam and trolling.

I understand that mobile has to be punished, but removing his admin, gag/muted 3months is insane.

What universe is this where seven/geroin are free to do whatever and mobile has this punishment.

@ Hobbitten  Please do the right thing here, mobile needs to be punished but not like this!

We're currently in the process of discussing this matter internally and a full response should be put out soon. Because there were several factors at play, we've had to discuss all that's happened as well as pull evidence from server logs. Rest assured, this matter is not being ignored and rather, we're discussing and figuring out the best course of action.

I respect the professionalism but the supposed 'fair' management pulling a 3 month silence + demote, that no one supports, on one of the best admins for such a lackluster reason doesnt require more than a week of thinking, and just makes the staff look terrible, this is solved on 1 hour maybe 2 maximum. I saw the proof of that guy's posts and it was disturbing, I dont understand why the good admins on nide get treated this way for so long too.

We will properly address this when we finalize the conclusion of our investigation. We apologize if it's taking longer than expected, but we want to ensure we have all the details correct and the full scope of the situation be properly addressed as there are multiple details that contributed towards the decision to demote him.

The last bit is very problematic to say because this is essentially digging for justification and reasons after a arguebly bad decision. 

I stated in the post, The demote happened almost instantly after my message, It would be hard to convince anyone that me saying what I said wasent the main primer for the demote punishment  + the timing and the private messages that followed afterwards. So to say there were multiple details involved is unfair, these details were brought up after the demotion. If the details were there before then they shouldve been brought up seperately way beforehand and was it that urgent to warrant a swift instant demotion + 3 month silence? Sorry but this feels more like an excuse to try and justify a bad decision in my opinion.

We're not all perfect and its really easy to judge and demonize everyone if you really want to, it applies to almost everyone. The same way that you can look at me and say you're a terrible admin for xyz, you can also come and say I think you're a great admin for xyz.

I can give examples of this. Hobbitten management by saying he made bad decisions such as appointing some lsas that went on to be insanely disliked by the majority of players. The other side of the arguement is he does alot for the community behind the scenes that goes unnoticed out of his own free time whilst busy with life. It would be unfair to ignore one side of the arguement and judge fully on the other one.

I can say the same for Koen, I can argue the times where he'd crash out infront of everyone was a bad look for the staff team but it would be unfair to judge him only on that when he works hard and develops for the server that we all play on under his own free time from university and the 10 thousand other projects hes working on.

I can say the same for Harraga
by highlighting hes the guy who was banned for a year for screwing over nide's donation paypal but it would be unfair considering he's one of the best admins on the server atm and is doing really well.

My point is its generally easy to really stick onto someone and find reasons, very rarely are people near-perfect, lmao ill say it straight I think Anwar and Sito are the 2 admins I could think as being virtually flawless and near perfect but everyone has their shortcomings. 
Im not gonna judge if I were a bad or good admin, Thats up to people to decide.

@ Mobile Task Force Leader Gunner   I think that most of the Lsas , I wouldn't  characterised like  and say that they hate you . But  I got the feeling that they don't like you because you're no doormat Mobile , you express yourself feelings and stand by your opinion . It does not matter if your insult or use more aggressive language . That's real admins do they are stand by their opinions and do not agree with all other admins like doormat . I think you are the most authentic here bro , you don't care , you say what are going to say and that's it .  !

Working hard doesn’t give you the right to accuse players  left and right of pedophilia  or insulting players if they chose a map you don't like  , bringing very very old and forgotten mistakes of people is not a good choice to handle a problem specially  when they are your friends , everyone do mistakes yes but not severe like you did.

i played in other servers just to see if its normal to call someone a pedo i find 0 no one .

 you played in other servers when they chose they’re favourite map you insulted them and left (didn't learn from your mistakes) .

and even when you are gagged you managed to chat and the first words you typed go rtv fast to play your favourite map or if they want to play minas you say don't play it i need to sleep . 

and for L.S.A team no one is hated neither HARRAGA or ANWAR or STICKY or VNDREW or LIFEISAB or the ServerAdmins .

HARRAGA HELPED ME MASTER ADMIN COMMAND (at the first request) . 

ANWAR helped me to know when to use it (at the first request) .

VNDREW always helping and managing events with the other 2 lsas (sticky, lifeis) even when his very tired .

About HOBBITTEN i never saw anything bad coming from him i used to kick AFK'S so people don't wait in line while the others sleeping in spec. he simply said just don't do it we will fix this problem . if his the way you say i will be blacklisted from donated admins long time ago . but no i listened and didn't have a problem .

(if you think i say this things to be a server admin or something else I’m not that type and don't want to be SA at this time and maybe also in the future) .

for the other one, LSA's playing by the book doesn’t mean they are  doormats (we are not working on oil-rig to say that) everyone know his place .

using aggressive language , insults or empty accusation = demoted, gagged and muted.it doesn’t  mean the others are doormats .

like i said in the removed post think before you speak or chat in games or professionally,  sometimes aggressive language means your weak and can make your bones and jaw broken .

I dont have a personal problem with anyone, not Hobbitten, not the LSAs, not Koen. I mentioned that fully also.

I appreciate the kind words , but tbh I dont think that's the case, im on good terms with all of the LSAs and other management aswell (atleast from my side). I stated also its nothing personal against Hobbitten I can see his point of view but we all have differing opinions and I feel this is best solved by being publicly discussed.

And yeah morals are pretty big, Being honest and keeping true to your word is always important.

This is funny. This guy (mobile) acting so 'innocent' yet on the server he is a total different person. Hardcore two-faced person for sure.
If I would get a dollar for every time I see him do this, I would be ultra rich by now.

Funny how the tables have turned here, now that it actually karma'd him, of course he has to cry about it.
Not to speak about his disrespect towards a ton of other players, even to the point where he goes full rampage insult mode just cause they don't wanna vote the map he wants to play, calling everyone names I wont shout in here to keep it friendly, but one word that does stick, specially the "pedo" word, the amount of times he throws that at people (including myself, yes I remember ;)) is insane, for sure I called him names too, why would I not? I wont let a random kid online call me out and just move on, I am in my right to insult back, thought I use less damaging words, he needs to understand how this one word can have a serious impact on others, but that seems like he doesn't get that and just shouts it whenever he feels like it, at some point it had to backfire.
Enough is enough. Actions have consequences.

I am not a perfect person myself, and I also have my moments on the server, like everyone else does, trolling/insulting is always a thing in ZE, not everyone can like everyone, thought the choices of words difference is like day and night.
He should never have gotten admin to begin with, toxic behaviour which he tries to hide behind a fake innocent image that almost nobody is no more fallen for.
The real him has come out plenty of times. Its all funny to him until it finally backfires, than its cry cry cry and finger pointing while you should just look in a mirror and see the idiot you staring at.

Be mad over my comment, I honestly do not care, free speech is a great thing! And yes, my English writing is probably not the best, let me already say it ahead myself before he tries to use that against me again as well. You can comment back on this with whatever you want, its not like I am going to come back to read it, I said my 2 cents and I am out.

Remember when games were meant to have fun, with friends? Yeah that boat is long gone on ZE, constant drama, bitching, crying, power tripping, what a great game to still play in 2025...
