8: Explanation of the situation: 

Rather than this situation starting today, it actually began about a week ago, when we were playing Westersand. I was talking in the chat with another community member who is also Spanish, like me, and we were discussing some cultural topics that seriously affect our country nowadays, namely uncontrolled illegal immigration. Out of nowhere, this player that I am reporting jumped into the conversation, without anyone inviting him. I suppose he felt lonely at that moment or something, and he started insulting the Spanish nation, my family, and my friend’s family. Obviously, we did not take it well.

From that point on, we told him he was a “moro” and that he should stop bothering us. The thing is that “Moro” is not an insult—if you look at different pages of Spanish history, you can see that it was simply a way to refer to the inhabitants of the northern part of Africa, who were more exposed to the sun than the inhabitants of our country.

For several minutes he continued to bother us without stopping, insulting us, until a staff member wrote to my friend and me through the admin chat telling us to stop, even though at no time did we have any intention of disturbing anyone. That was the first situation.

Now, a few days ago I changed my spray in the game to a meme, which this same person did not take well. As soon as I entered the server this afternoon—before I had even pressed a single key—the first thing this player wrote to me was asking if I wanted him to buy me a ticket to visit him so that he could “teach me what respect is.” I replied that I had no idea what he was talking about.

Then he started insulting me over the spray, saying it was racist, and began speaking in French with the same administrator who told us to stop the last time. Since I am Spanish, I could not understand anything.

I also want to mention that today, after he kept throwing insults at me over the spray and sending me messages, when I asked what he was trying to tell me and which was his purpose, the player continued provoking me. I then asked him if he was French, and immediately a staff member told me to stop, even though I don’t think I said anything wrong. In my opinion, there seems to be a bit of favoritism depending on someone’s race or country, but I don’t want to get into these topics, for everyone’s benefit and because I think it would be pointless.

What I want to make clear with this report is that if I am having a conversation with someone, another unrelated person should not interfere just to criticize and throw insults, because that is not gentlemanly behavior, and if it is just to complain, it comes across as childish.

Finally, I do not want any punishment to be applied to this player. The only thing I ask is that he no longer addresses me at any time while I am playing on the server, and that he does not bother my other friends or teammates either, because of our ideas.

9: Proof: I didn’t want to take screenshots of the messages because I think it’s useless when there are so many of them, so the only thing I’m going to leave here is a picture of my spray, which in my opinion is not offensive at all, but simply a meme. Just as it shows a Moroccan having a child with a goat, it could also show a Galician — who are Spaniards as well — since there are also jokes about them having sex with goats, depending on how they fall from a bell tower.

If you want to have private conversations you should go on discord with your friend and not talk on a public Server 

And if you dont See anything offensive with your spray then i can already imagine what you guys were saying to him

I'm agree I can talk with him on Discord, as I do everyday, but if im in game and I could'nt connect, what it's easier to me is to type it on the chat. Also, if this is a server where you can freely express any opinion, I can talk whatever I want to my friend, since I was tlaking him in Spanish, he doesn't matter what we are talking about.

And no, I don't see any offensive on the spray, as you can read in the first post, its a meme, as in Spain we do to our Galician compatriots.

And I don't want to only sm him, because he can still insult other players for the same reasons as mines or other ones, so I'm not gonna shut up with people like him

This situation is really funny because you acting out exactly how racists act in real life, after having a behavior and words that can trigger people who understands it, you act as a victim trying to justify yourself. As a Moroccan living in France i experienced all kind of racism either on Internet or in real life and i know exactly when a word is used to describe people in a bad way.  Zombie Escape is a mode played by people coming from all over the world and this is what makes it beautiful but that also means that people coming from countries that sometimes has political issues can meet openly, but this doesnt mean they have to act hostile to each other. I played with a lot of Spanish players for a long period and i never experienced any kind of racism from them simply because they know how to act in society and with people from other countries with a different culture.

The first interaction i had with you is when you were speaking with your friend "Kiku" typing i don't know what kind of messages in public chat in front of everybody. So firstly why would you discuss like you said "political stuffs" in public chat ? You either can speak on discord  and say whatever you want or either use the !psay so that other players don't see what you typing. So saying that i forced myself in your conversation without being invited is just stupid. Also you went far trying to justify the word moro, you just used an internet definition to try to convince people that this word doesnt have any racist sense but you know that moro nowadays is used in a racist way to define Moroccans, it has the same meaning as calling someone the n-word instead of saying black people. This was our first interaction and at any moment i insulted either you, your family or whatever you said it was you and Kiku who were typing moro (if it's not racist why would keep saying that lol ?) trying to make me mad when i tryed to rage bait saying that Spain was a muslim country for more than 800 years. The difference between us is when you were trying to make me mad you used racist terms when I only described history facts that of course triggered you a lot due to your reaction. Also one of you (Kiku) i can't remember went mad against french people when i said that France helped you take back Spain which is also an history fact and not an insult like you described earlier. You have no proofs of me insulting only because i never said anything racist or any insult that can hurt.

The admin you talking about is Harraga he was the one who assisted to both situations today and the other day. We were speaking in French only because we both are French there is no favoritism like you said if we were talking in French its because its our first language so it is easier for both of us to speak it,  exactly how it is easier for you to speak in spanish with your friend and not in English. Also when i was talking with Harraga i was only describing what you were saying (moro). He stayed neutral and profesionnal because even if the words you typed are supposed to describe him in a bad way he didn't choose any side and even asked me many times to not take personal what you were saying and to ignore both of you. He reacted exactly how an Admin is supposed to react. You were an admin (donated admin apparently) on or first interaction and i'm pretty sure in this community being an admin representing the server and discussing "political stuffs" by being racist is not something you can do , maybe i'm wrong ? Now talking about our second interaction today i saw your spray and I immediately recognized your steam name. If i reacted immediately after seing that spray it's only because of our first interaction if i never saw ur name before i would have not typed something in chat so saying that i focus you is a lye like you did in your report because how would i see ur spray at the door before the water part on "Wanderers Palace v6" so a really long way after the spawn if you didn't touch any key on your keyboard. What you are saying doesn't make sense you are trying to say that i harass you but everybody knows me i don't give a shit about what people do or say it's none of my business but when you do something supposed to hurt me on purpose don't act like you did nothing wrong of course you are gonna get a reaction from me. So stop saying i'm harrassing you i even forgot your existence before seing your spray and remembering your name.

It makes clear your hate for Moroccan people is not something you are trying to hide and it's not "political stuffs" anymore but just pure racism since you focusing us. For the people who doesn't understand the meaning of this spray it's basically Achraf Hakimi a famous Moroccan Footballer who was approached younger by the spanish football federation to play for spain but refused because he knew he would receive at some moment racism from some people and i personally think he made the right choice since thats the kind of spray you making with his face. He is holding a positive pregnant test with a small goat next to him which basically means that he is a goat f*cker an insult used to qualify either muslim people or arabic people which is sometimes the same thing. Like you said if it's also used  to describe Gallician people why don't you use a Gallician guy on your spray ? So I think now everyone see how malicious your intentions are. I personnaly dont't want you to expose your racist ideas in this community not only because its racism but also because I don't wants to see Nide become a political server and i'm pretty sure that people agrees with me.
 

What am i saying right now can be approved by every single player that was present in these situations and was paying attention to it. Harraga and ZIZI were both present today and saw what i was typing in the chat. No insult ,only words used to ragebait you. Following these events we were talking about the racism on the server and how i reacted so the insults you are talking about basically doesnt exist and both these admins can approve it.

So you don't see anything offensive in your spray?  Even these days, we are constantly trying to prevent people from reflecting religious things and conversations on the server...  After all, you are a donated admin and it is not nice to bring such a spray to the server

You say this "its a meme, as in Spain we do to our Galician compatriots." It's clear what this spray meant. Maybe in Spain it's called a "joke" (still uncool) but you know this is not a server where only Spanish players play

We try our best to avoid political, religious, and other offensive topics on the server. This is a server you join for fun

Of course, there's some chatter outside of the game from time to time, but it's harmless and minor

I'm going to keep this short. This is a gaming community, not a political and religious discussion forum. If you want to discuss such topics with your friend, you are free to do so anywhere else but the server. Many players do not feel comfortable with the things you say and post, and this is not the first time this has happened. If you do not want to talk to the player, you are by all means free to use !sm or mute him from the game menu. But if that's too much for you to do then expect to receive shit talk from players who you offend.

Consider this your final warning. Any further instances of you intentionally using controversial sprays or discussing sensitive topics that make others uncomfortable will result in punishment.
