Why are you interested in applying for admin? I feel it's comfortable for me to come back and give Server Admin another shot. I retired near the beginning of the year due to burnout and real-life work piling on, but I am now at the point where I've started coming back to ZE on a semi-regular basis, so why not come back to the place where it all began?
What time zone are you active in (NA or EU hours)? EU
How long have you been playing on the server which you applied for? 1d 13:50:10h at time of writing
How experienced are you in the gamemode for which you applied? Apart from admin experience, I have been leading maps on the server occassionally to try and help new and inexperienced players learn about a specific map. Some maps I'm good at leading, others not so much.
Do you have any past admin experience? I was previously an admin here back in September 2022, where I also was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to be LSA and an Event Manager. I retired around the start of the year due to pressure and stress from real-life committments, resulting in lack of time for playing ZE, in addition to burnout from the gamemode.
Do you have any other skills like (Mapping, Plugins, Drawing, Video editing etc) I have previously made low effort memes for friends in private, and at one point opened Hammer to try and create a map for the ZE mapping contest (I still need to do that! 😉 ). I have also previously hosted private servers for my friends and have previously run community events on this server.

      Hello Maso. After reviewing the appeal thoroughly and carefully the staff team reached final unanimous decision regarding this matter. the decision wasnt taken lightly by rushaway alone and it wasnt based on single incident. its the result of long pattern of behavior that has been documented over time and multiple staff approved it. The key points of this decision you have received multiple punishments in the past for trolling, disruptive behavior, misusing items intentionally, harassment and harming the gameplay balance. you got several warnings, temporary punishments, many chances already and despite them there is no meaningful change was shown. several staff members provided clear and obvious evidence including clips, observations for repeated violations against server rules. as it shown in many maps here like cosmo, collective, diddle, mako and many countlessly violations werent recorded.  your actions caused frustration for teammates damaged the playing experience and required online staffs to intervening frequently. in this appeal rather than acknowledge and taking the accountability you attempted to minimize your actions and present yourself as a victim of  "Maso hate club" not to mention trying to bring incidents from the past regarding some staffs and attempt to find any gap to debate. the staff responses to this thread werent personal bias but they are fact based explanations backed up by proofs . the conclusion reached a point where there is no longer way to return. and staff members have experienced to deal with repeated situations.  Our community will prioritize fair gameplay, smooth experience and healthy atmosphere. when a players demonstrate over time that they are unwilling to follow the rules, distracting/ruining gameplay or being unhelpful not supportive team mate. their permanent removal becoming necessary to protect wider playerbase. Since majority of staffs team in favor of this decision, The decision is  final and similar behavior has been observed on other communities, this shows there is no hope of giving another chance. The ban will stay in place and this appeal will be closed.
