Hello, respected server administration,

I would like to file a complaint against the administrator {luffy}. Almost every day he joins the server and behaves in a way that is completely unacceptable for someone holding an admin position:
 • constantly argues and insults players;
 • abuses his powers, trying to ban people without proper reason;
 • openly shows off his religion or personal views as some kind of “advantage”;
 • repeatedly emphasizes that “he is an admin and can do anything.”

Such behavior negatively affects the server’s atmosphere and ruins the overall experience for players. An administrator should set a good example, not be the source of conflicts.

I kindly ask you to reconsider his candidacy for the administrator role and take the necessary measures.

He banned and threatened three people right in front of my eyes, saying he could ban them all? He ended up banning someone.

Simply because they made a claim against him for his behavior.

Maybe you should look at your own attitude first , constantly harassing Luffy when there is no reason?

Hello Jaco, 

Thank you for the report. I have to say that I did NOT ban anyone without a reason, did NOT ever mention/imply that I can do anything because I am an admin and and did NOT bring up politics or religion in any aspect. The two people I banned on Westersand were clearly inflating, knifing and trolling with items, and the one time I threatened somebody for ban was so they do not go inside the dragon arena when he is about to die(basically troll). I also have to mention that your behaviour against me during wester and the previous maps goes completely against the morals you implied.

I would like to respond to the accusations made against me. First of all, I believe the claims about my behavior are exaggerated and do not reflect the full situation. For example, I have been accused of constantly harassing other players, such as Luffy, but in reality, I have not acted without reason or provocation.

It is also important to note that every match and every map change is recorded and saved as demos on the website. These demos can be reviewed at any time to verify what really happened and to confirm whether the accusations are valid or not.

I respect the rules of the server and the community, and I always try to keep the atmosphere fair. If there were any misunderstandings, I am open to discussing them and clearing them up.

I would like to clarify one important point. I am just a regular player, while [Luffy] is an administrator. It is not correct to compare these two roles as if they are equal.

 

If at some point I may show toxicity or react emotionally, that is on me as a player — but I do not hold any position of authority on the server. An administrator, on the other hand, represents the project and is expected to maintain discipline, neutrality, and respect towards all players.

 

Therefore, the main focus should not be on comparing two people’s behaviors on the same level, but on the fact that an administrator must set an example and not escalate conflicts.

Please do not hold on to the idea that administrators must always defend other administrators just because they are colleagues. This kind of “automatic protection” creates a double standard, where regular players are always at a disadvantage, no matter the situation.

 

Being an administrator should not mean having a privilege to act without consequences or having others turn a blind eye to inappropriate behavior. Every administrator should be held to the same — if not higher — standards of responsibility, because they represent the project and have power over players.

 

I hope this matter will be reviewed fairly, without bias, and based only on facts and the actual behavior that can be clearly seen in the demos and chat logs.

Take a step back and look at who you actually made an administrator. Even when the voting took place for [luffy] to become an admin, the majority of responses were negative. Other administrators themselves wrote against him. The forum is full of complaints about his behavior.

 

I honestly don’t understand with what kind of judgment you decided to give admin rights to a teenager who cannot control himself — someone who is constantly arguing, being toxic, and disrespecting players. I have not seen a single day where Luffy joins the server without mocking, insulting, or provoking others.

 

This is not the image of an administrator. This is damaging the reputation of the server and pushing players away. Please reconsider your choice seriously.

Hi @ Jaco  thanks for your report. 

I will start with point, this is css community where shittalking to players and especially staff team is not welcomed and not appriciated in any way. Yes we all are playing game and we want to have fun, and yes you can have fun with your freinds shittalking them in your private voice chat, if they are fine and feel comfortable, and consider such act as  "fun"... 

However you are not freind with Luffy in that situation, probably and i would even say, im sure, he didnt wanna be treated in that way, cause he doesnt know you at all. Reviewing demos showed up, that you were shittalking luffy for no reason at all. Perhaps he died somewhere like a newbie, as you thought, and you can say it, but continue mentioning it everytime, trying to catch his attention is empty act and bring nothing, however this is what you were trying to do continuously 2 maps in a row. Continue harashing him without any sense. And luffy was ignoring you all the time. And it could end normally, but for some reason you came here making a report, where you are completely "innocent".

Im pretty sure you were ragebaiting him with your freinds, so in that case i  recommend you stop behaving like that, where you start acting in inapropriate way to admins... We are talking about "bad" behave in chat and all that, so ill not put any of screens of what you and your freinds were doing on this westersand today. You all clearly knows what you were doing there. 

 

So before making such reports, please watch yourself and your behave, same is for your freinds.

Adding to this since Vndrew didn't mention it:

YOU need to take a step back.

Your posts CLEARY show you know the difference between right and wrong.  Using an excuse like "I'm not an administrator, my actions don't matter as much" is a complete fallacy.  Re-evaluate your behavior on the server, and as Vndrew said, consider this a warning.
